捕食两种粉虱及小菜蛾卵对南方小花蝽种群特征和适合度的影响及其生防效果

  入侵性害虫会严重干扰当地昆虫群落,对农业和森林造成相当大的破坏。在这些害虫中,粉虱(半翅目Hemiptera:粉虱科Aleyrodidae)和小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella L.)(鳞翅目Lepidoptera:小菜蛾科Plutellidae)是对包括中国在内的全球农作物危害最为严重的害虫类群。小花蝽属(Orius)是杂食性捕食昆虫,捕食范围广。在这些种类中,南方小花蝽(Orius strigicollis Poppius)(半翅目Hemiptera:花蝽科Anthocoridae)正是我国农田常见而有效的天敌,被用作经济作物害虫防控的重要生防因子。捕食者捕食特定猎物后的发育、繁殖及其适应能力,突出了其作为一种有效生物控制因子的潜力。猎物的类型和温度波动会显著影响捕食者的生物学和生命表参数。在本研究中,作者评估了在不同温度下,食料种类的不同对南方小花蝽在捕食行为和生命表特征上的波动效应。同时,采用虫龄-虫态、两性生命表技术,对南方小花蝽作为生物防治因子的性能进行了评价。主要研究结果如下:一、饲喂不同密度的两种粉虱条件下南方小花蝽的捕食功能反应研究在实验室条件下,研究了南...
