【摘要】:近年来随着信息技术的发展,信息技术在整车制造企业中得到广泛的普及和应用,制造企业信息化、系统化已成为行业的必然发展趋势。而微型车制造企业的生产工艺过程复杂,产品车型品种多、批量小、多条生产线匹配,多品种混流共线生产,这就对微型车制造企业的生产计划管理提出更高的管理难度。另外,微型汽车企业的月度生产计划只有小部分是来源于市场订单,大部分计划品种主要依赖于销售市场需求的预测。传统的微型车制造企业采用的生产计划管理系统相对简单,生产过程通过加大零部件库存,批量生产等方式保障,随着市场经济发展的变化,传统管理方式带来资金占用大,柔性化程度低等问题突显。系统管理理念在企业中得到普及推广,在汽车行业中ERP系统(Enterprise Resource Planning即企业资源计划)和MES系统(Manufacturing Execution System即制造执行系统)应用比较广泛,企业月度生产计划主要通过ERP信息系统编制,并关联采购、质量、财务及销售等其他相关业务模块。日生产顺序计划则主要通过MES系统传递到各生产车间,用于指导车间的实际生产顺序并收集生产实际执行情况。ERP系统编制生产计划形成联动计划数据传递给MES系统生成作业顺序计划,MES系统采集现场数据反馈给ERP系统进行数据分析,财务管理、质量管理等相关业务。汽车企业的生产线特点不同使得其生产计划管理模式各异,这就需要微型汽车企业构建一个符合企业自身实际特点的生产计划管理系统,并根据企业生产经营的调整不断改进完善系统,使其更适应企业的发展需要。这也是本论文的研究目的。本文的主要研究方法和内容:1.通过对公司两种生产组织方式的介绍,从计划编制管理和计划执行过程控制的角度对公司生产方式的管理特点进行梳理,并深入分析公司原计划管理系统在计划管理和物料管理两方面存在的缺陷;2.结合公司推行ERP及MES系统管理工具的契机,梳理管理需求并提出系统设计要求,明确系统设计原则并构建出系统的总体功能模块结构;3.通过对系统业务流程的梳理分析,构建出系统各功能模块的业务框图,针对业务框图信息梳理中遇到的关键课题提出解决办法;同时对系统各模块的功能和业务流程进行详细介绍,并对生产计划管理系统与其他系统的集成关系进行说明;4.经过系统的实现,详细介绍了系统的主要功能应用,针对系统运行中的出现问题并结合公司的生产实际情况,提出优化解决方法并不断完善改进系统功能。本文研究微型汽车公司生产计划管理系统以先进的ERP和MES系统理念为理论基础,构建出符合企业自身实际特点的信息系统,有效的解决了企业生产计划管理中的现有课题。通过系统在企业的实施运行,提高了生产计划的准确性和指导性,提升企业柔性化生产水平和系统化程度,优化了管理,降低了生产成本,对企业的后续发展提供了有力的支撑条件。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of information technology, information technology has been widely popularized and applied in vehicle manufacturing enterprises. The informatization and systematization of manufacturing enterprises has become an inevitable trend of development. However, the production process of mini car manufacturing enterprises is complex, with many varieties, small batch and multiple production lines matching, and multi species mixed flow and collinear production, which brings higher management difficulty for the production planning management of mini car manufacturers. In addition, only a small part of the monthly production plan of the minitype automobile company comes from the market order, and most of the planned varieties mainly depend on the prediction of the sales market demand. The traditional mini car manufacturing production planning management system in enterprises by using the relatively simple production process by increasing the parts inventory, production and other ways to protect, along with the changes of market economy, the traditional management mode brings huge capital occupation, highlighting the problem of low degree of flexibility. System management concept of popularization in the enterprise, the ERP system in the automotive industry (Enterprise Resource Planning Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System system of manufacturing execution system) is widely used, the enterprise monthly production plan mainly through the ERP information system, and related procurement, quality, financial and other related sales business module. The daily production sequence plan is transferred mainly through the MES system to the production workshops, which is used to guide the actual production order of the workshop and to collect the actual production implementation. ERP system compiling production plan, forming linkage plan, transferring data to MES system, generating job sequence plan, and collecting data from MES system to ERP system for data analysis, financial management, quality management and other related businesses. The production line of automobile enterprises of different characteristics makes the production planning management model is different, so it is necessary to construct a production plan management system in accordance with its own actual characteristics of the automobile enterprise, and according to the production and operation of enterprises to adjust the continuous improvement of the system, make it more adapt to the need of the development of enterprises. This is also the purpose of this study. The main research methods and contents of this article: 1. through the organization of production company two introduction, from the planning management and plan management of company mode of production process control point of carding, and in-depth analysis of the company originally planned to defects in the plan management and materials management two aspects of the management system; 2. combination the company carries out the ERP and MES system management tools opportunity, combing management needs and put forward the design requirements of the system, clear the design principle of the system and construct the overall function of the system structure; 3. through the analysis of the operational flow of the carding system, construct the business system diagram of each functional module, aiming at the key problems in the business information classification diagram at the same time propose solutions; function and business process of each module of the system are introduced in detail, and the integration of production planning management system and other systems. The relationship is explained. 4., after the implementation of the system, the application of the main functions of the system is introduced in detail. Aiming at the problems in the operation of the system and combining with the actual production situation of the company, the optimization solutions are put forward, and the functions of the system are constantly improved. This paper studies the production planning management system of minicar company, based on the advanced ERP and MES system concept, constructs the information system that accords with the actual characteristics of the enterprise, and effectively solves the existing problems in the production plan management of the enterprise. Through the implementation of the system in the enterprise, it improves the accuracy and guidance of production plan, improves the level of production flexibility and systematization, optimizes management, reduces production cost, and provides strong support for subsequent development of enterprises.
