【摘要】:20世纪以来,车用橡胶制品尤其是车用橡胶减震器的用量逐年上升,使得废旧橡胶制品的产量不断增加。废旧橡胶对环境的污染非常严重,而且难以回收再利用。本文针对废弃橡胶难以分解及再利用的弊端,在东北林业大学马岩教授提出了“木橡胶”概念的基础上,提出将木橡胶用于汽车减震器。木橡胶是由胶黏剂及微米级木丝模压而成的复合材料,同时具有木材和橡胶的力学性能及材料特点。本文在研究了传统的微米木丝模压制品成型工艺后,制定了模压车用木橡胶减震器的工艺过程,模压出规格为φ25mm×32mm和φ8mm×8mm、拌胶量为40%、60%的车用木橡胶减震器试件。利用CMT5504电子万能实验机对车用木橡胶减震器试件进行不同压缩次数、不同压缩速度的静态压缩实验,利用Origin软件对实验数据进行处理,得到相应的应力-应变曲线以及吸能效率曲线。通过观察得到的曲线对比分析两种拌胶量车用木橡胶减震器的静态特性及吸能性。为了对比两种拌胶量的车用木橡胶减震器及已经广泛应用于减震的氯丁胶减震器的动态力学性能,本文选用分离式霍普金森压杆在室温下对三种试件进行动态压缩实验,实验应变速率为1500s-1,2000s-1,2500s-1,3000s-1.利用Origin和Matlab软件对实验数据进行处理,得到三种试件在四种应变率下的应力-应变曲线。通过对比获得的应力-应变曲线,分析三种试件的动态力学性能。对拌胶量为40%的车用木橡胶减震器试件进行宏观及微观观察,分析试件的破坏形式。本文选用Johnson-Cook型本构方程来描述车用木橡胶减震器的本构关系,根据实验获得的车用木橡胶减震器试件的静、动态力学实验数据,分别求得了两种拌胶量车用木橡胶减震器的Johnson-Cook型本构方程。对比实验曲线与Johnson-Cook型本构方程模拟曲线的吻合程度判断Johnson-Cook型本构方程对车用木橡胶减震器本构关系的描述是否准确。最后利用Ansys/Ls-dyna程序对车用木橡胶减震器的动态压缩实验进行模拟,通过观察该模拟获得的应力-应变曲线和SHPB实验实际获得的应力-应变曲线的吻合程度,研究Ansys/Ls-dyna程序对车用木橡胶减震器SHPB实验进行模拟是否可行。本论文重点研究了车用木橡胶减震器的动态力学性能,求得了车用木橡胶减震器的Johnson-Cook型本构方程,为车用木橡胶减震器的应用奠定了一定的理论基础。
[Abstract]:Since twentieth Century, automotive rubber products especially for vehicle shock absorber rubber increased, so that the waste rubber yield increasing. Environmental pollution of waste rubber is very serious, and difficult to recycle. The waste rubber is difficult to decompose and reuse problems, put forward "at Northeast Forestry University Professor Ma Yan based on the concept of rubber wood, the wood rubber for automobile shock absorber. Rubber is a composite material consisting of wood adhesive and Micron Wood fiber molded material, mechanical properties and material characteristics of both wood and rubber. Based on the research of the micro forming process of traditional wood molding products, developed molded car in the process of wood rubber damper, mould the specifications for 25mm x 32mm and 8mm x Phi 8mm, glue mixing amount is 40%, 60% car specimens with wood rubber damper. By CMT5504 Zi Wanneng Test machine for vehicle shock absorber rubber wood specimens with different compression times, static compression experiment of different compression speed, the experimental data were processed by Origin software, get the corresponding stress-strain curves and energy absorption efficiency curve. By observing the curves obtained and analyzed two kinds of glue car with static characteristics wood rubber damper and energy absorption. In order to compare the two kinds of mixed glue car chloroprene rubber shock absorber for wood and rubber damper has been widely used in damping dynamic mechanical properties, the split Hopkinson pressure bar at room temperature for three kinds of specimens are dynamic compression experiment, experimental strain the rate of 1500s-12000s-12500s-13000s-1. for processing the experimental data by using Origin and Matlab software, three kinds of specimens in four kinds of strain rate stress-strain curves are obtained. By comparing the stress-strain curves obtained, Analysis of the dynamic mechanical properties of three kinds of specimens. The glue mixing volume of 40% cars with a wooden rubber shock absorber macroscopic and microscopic observation of the specimen, analysis the failure mode of the specimens. This paper use Johnson-Cook constitutive equation to describe the car with wood constitutive relations of rubber damper, according to the obtained vehicle wood rubber damper specimen of the static, dynamic mechanical experiment data were obtained, two cars with Johnson-Cook glue mixing type wood rubber damper constitutive equation. Experimental curves and Johnson-Cook constitutive equation simulation curve agree to determine the extent of Johnson-Cook type constitutive equation of the vehicle shock absorber rubber wood constitutive description is accurate. At the end of the vehicle dynamic wood rubber damper compression experiments were simulated using the Ansys/Ls-dyna program, the actual stress obtained by observing the simulated stress-strain curve and the experimental SHPB - With the degree of strain curve, Ansys/Ls-dyna program research on vehicle wood rubber damper SHPB experiment simulation is feasible. This paper focuses on the study of vehicle dynamic mechanical properties of wood rubber damper, the car is obtained with Johnson-Cook type wood rubber damper constitutive equation, and lay a theoretical foundation for vehicle application wood rubber shock absorber.
