汽车滚珠丝杠式馈能减震器的仿真分析与研究

【摘要】:随着汽车行业的不断发展,对汽车各项性能的要求也越来越高,悬架作为汽车重要的组成部分,传递车轮与车架之间的一切作用力,并通过减振器的弹性元件与阻尼元件衰减不平路面激励引起的的车身振动,确保车辆的平顺性与操纵稳定性要求,传统的液压减振器会将这部分振动能量转化为液压油的内能与相关元件的机械能耗散掉,由于节能减排技术逐渐成为汽车的重要性能,如何将汽车这部分振动能量回收并加以利用成了人们关注的焦点。本文研究一款基于滚珠丝杠式馈能减振器,该减振器具有良好的能量回收能力。首先对现有几种不同结构的馈能减振器的工作原理以及其结构形式进行了简单介绍,并在此基础上提出一种新型的滚珠丝杠式馈能减振器,对其结构方案以及工作原理进行详尽的阐述。其次对滚珠丝杠式馈能减振器的阻尼特性、能量回收特性进行分析。再次通过对滚珠丝杠进行AMESim建模,对滚珠丝杠建模并通过仿真分析验证模型的可用性,再对滚珠丝杠式馈能减振器建模仿真并验证模型的可靠性以及馈能能力,进而搭建滚珠丝杠式馈能悬架模型,并对其进行阶跃激励振动试验与随机路面振动试验,通过两种仿真试验对馈能悬架的垂直方向的位移以及加速度进行分析,证明馈能悬架平顺性与传统悬架相差不大,并在频域范围内仿真分析悬架的幅频特性。最后通过ADAMS与AMESim的联合仿真的方法对馈能悬架的KC特性仿真分析。即对ADAMS/CAR Package内汽车子系统相关模板进行参数的修改,建立整车仿真模型,通过更改计算机的环境变量以及相关软件的工作目录等,建立联合仿真环境,并建立联合仿真接口,将建立的ADAMS联合仿真模型导入AMESim中,并与馈能减振器的AMESim模型组成整车仿真模型,进而对滚珠丝杠式馈能悬架的运动学以及弹性运动学特性进行仿真分析。

This paper based on a ball screw regenerative damper, the damper has good energy recovery capacity. Firstly, several existing different structures of the Fed working principle of shock absorber and its junction The structure is introduced, and on the basis of a ball screw regenerative damper model can, in detail, the structure of the program and working principle. Secondly ball screw regenerative damper damping characteristics, analyzed the characteristics of energy recovery. Again through the AMESim modeling of ball screw the ball screw, modeling simulation analysis and verify the availability of the model, the ball screw regenerative damper reliability modeling and simulation and verify the model and feedback ability, and then build the ball screw regenerative suspension model, and carries on the step excitation vibration test and random vibration test, vertical direction suspension of feed through two kinds of simulation of displacement and acceleration are analyzed, that energy regenerative suspension ride and traditional suspension suspension had little difference, analyzed and simulated in the frequency domain. The amplitude frequency characteristics of the frame. Finally, the simulation analysis of KC characteristics by means of joint simulation of ADAMS and AMESim can be fed.
