电驱动AMT离合器起步控制研究

【摘要】:随着电子控制技术的发展,人们对车辆的智能化和自动化程度也越来越重视和依赖,提高汽车电控系统的性能变得尤为重要。汽车动力总成系统的控制效果直接影响着人们在驾驶和乘坐时获得的动力性、舒适性和安全性等。就自动变速器而言,电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)是更加适合在我国大力发展的。而AMT在起步自动控制时,要求其既能满足驾驶需求,又能快速并无冲击地完成起步。因此AMT离合器的起步接合控制是关键,也是难点。本文简要介绍了AMT系统的结构以及该系统中采用直流电机驱动的自动离合器的工作原理。详细分析了干式膜片弹簧离合器的变形特性和该离合器在工作中的转矩传递特性。同时,作为电驱动的自动离合器,对其电动执行机构的研究必不可少。本文分析了作为电动执行机构的直流电机的工作原理和特性,建立了直流电机的数学模型,并对其驱动方式进行了详细研究,作为执行机构控制的基础。在上述内容研究的基础上,阐述了车辆的起步控制需求及工况模式,研究了离合器整个接合过程中不同阶段的工作特点,并以此为基础得到应对其进行分阶段的“快慢快”接合控制的结论。在智能控制方法中,模糊控制更加适用于非线性系统的控制,在不需要得到控制对象的精确传递函数的情况下就可以实现稳定性较高的控制效果。本文提出了主要基于驾驶员操纵意图的四参数模糊控制策略,分两个层级对离合器的接合速度进行控制。为进行模糊控制策略的仿真验证,以详细的数学模型为基础,在MATLAB/Simulink软件平台中建立了离合器动态接合过程的仿真模型。经过不同起步需求下的离合器接合控制仿真分析,初步验证了以冲击度和滑磨功评价的离合器接合控制策略的有效性。为进一步对离合器起步接合模糊控制策略进行验证,根据离合器工作特性对其执行机构电机进行了选型,并同时按照AMT系统的控制需求,以MPC5634系列芯片为核心,设计制作了功能完整的AMT电子控制单元电路板。最后以该电控单元为硬件载体,对离合器起步接合控制策略进行了实车试验验证。与仿真结果对比分析得出,离合器起步接合模糊控制策略效果良好,能够满足不同工况下的起步需求。
[Abstract]:With the development of electronic control technology, people pay more and more attention to the degree of intelligence and automation of vehicles. It is very important to improve the performance of automobile electronic control system. The control effect of automobile power assembly system has a direct impact on the power, comfort and safety that people obtain when driving and riding. As far as automatic transmission is concerned. The electrically controlled automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) is more suitable for the development of our country, but AMT can meet the requirement of driving when it starts up with automatic control. And can complete the start quickly and without impact, so the starting joint control of the AMT clutch is the key. This paper briefly introduces the structure of the AMT system and the working principle of the automatic clutch driven by DC motor. The deformation characteristics of the dry diaphragm spring clutch and the clutch are analyzed in detail. Torque transfer characteristics at work. At the same time. As an electrically driven automatic clutch, it is necessary to study its electric actuator. In this paper, the working principle and characteristics of DC motor as an electric actuator are analyzed, and the mathematical model of DC motor is established. And the driving mode is studied in detail, as the basis of the executive control. On the basis of the above research, the starting control requirements and operating mode of the vehicle are expounded. In this paper, the working characteristics of different stages in the whole engagement process of clutch are studied, and on the basis of this, the conclusion of "fast, slow, fast" joint control is obtained. In the intelligent control method. Fuzzy control is more suitable for nonlinear systems. The stable control effect can be achieved without obtaining the accurate transfer function of the control object. In this paper, a four-parameter fuzzy control strategy is proposed, which is mainly based on the driver's control intention. The clutch engagement speed is controlled at two levels. The detailed mathematical model is used to verify the fuzzy control strategy. The simulation model of clutch dynamic engagement process is established in the MATLAB/Simulink software platform, and the simulation analysis of clutch engagement control under different starting requirements is carried out. The effectiveness of the clutch engagement control strategy evaluated by impact degree and sliding grinding power is preliminarily verified, and the fuzzy control strategy of clutch starting joint is further verified. According to the working characteristics of clutch, the motor of actuator is selected, and according to the control requirement of AMT system, MPC5634 series chip is the core. The circuit board of AMT electronic control unit with complete function is designed and fabricated. Finally, the electronic control unit is used as the hardware carrier. Compared with the simulation results, the fuzzy control strategy of clutch starting joint has a good effect and can meet the starting requirements under different working conditions.
