轿车保险杠泡沫密度对行人腿部保护研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国汽车行业的迅猛发展,交通事故中行人的死亡率逐年增加,行人保护研究作为汽车安全的新兴领域已经引起了广泛关注,为减少在交通事故中对行人的伤害,基于有限元方法,分别建立汽车前部结构以及小腿冲击器的有限元模型,并采用LS-DYNA软件模拟人车碰撞过程,选取不同的泡沫密度进行仿真模拟,并且与试验进行对比。结果表明,降低保险杠泡沫密度后,汽车前部结构对行人的伤害明显降低,该结论可为汽车前部保险杠的设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of automobile industry in China, pedestrian mortality in traffic accidents has increased year by year. As a new field of automobile safety, pedestrian protection research has attracted extensive attention. In order to reduce the damage to pedestrians in traffic accidents, the finite element models of the front structure of the vehicle and the crater of the shank are established based on the finite element method, and the collision process of the vehicle is simulated by LS-DYNA software. Different foam density is selected for simulation and compared with the experiment. The results show that the damage to pedestrian caused by the front structure of the vehicle is obviously reduced after reducing the foam density of bumper. The conclusion can provide reference for the design of front bumper.
