分布式电驱动车辆回馈制动控制策略研究

【摘要】:回馈制动能有效提高分布式电驱动车辆的能量效率。论文分析了分布式电驱动车辆回馈制动系统的结构、电机的性能及制动法规的约束条件,提出了基于非线性规划方法的最大能量回馈制动控制策略,并结合回馈制动系统的特性分析了制动力分配的特点。通过仿真分析了典型制动过程及典型工况循环的制动能量回收效果,结果表明,与理想制动力分配策略相比,本文提出的回馈制动控制策略能获得更高的能量回收效率。
[Abstract]:Feedback braking can effectively improve the energy efficiency of distributed electrically driven vehicles. This paper analyzes the structure of distributed electro-drive vehicle feedback braking system, the performance of the motor and the constraints of braking regulations. A maximum energy feedback braking control strategy based on nonlinear programming is proposed. Combined with the characteristics of the feedback braking system, the characteristics of braking force distribution are analyzed. The braking energy recovery effect of typical braking process and cycle under typical conditions is analyzed by simulation. The results show that the braking force distribution strategy is compared with the ideal braking force distribution strategy. The feedback braking control strategy proposed in this paper can achieve higher energy recovery efficiency.
