汽车液压制动主缸缸体补偿孔检测仪的研究

【摘要】:本文设计了汽车制动缸内部检测装置。其主要功能为检测制动缸内部补偿孔的位置以及检测其内部是否存在砂眼、裂纹等质量问题。由于制动缸外部轮廓比较复杂,属于深细盲孔,并且所需检测的补偿孔的检测基准为制动缸外部法兰的外端面,因此准确的检测补偿孔的位置成为汽车行业的一大难点。本文设计的检测装置通过微位移传感器采集零点,通过搭接的线阵CCD进行图像扫描,通过计算机进行图像处理,各个部分在回转工作台与机械进给装置的协调下,实现对工件的检测。检测精度高、速度快且操作方便,符合现代工业的测量的标准。检测装置可达到的技术指标为:精度:0.03%FS,分辨率:0.001mm,重复性:0.005mm。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the internal detection device of automobile brake cylinder is designed.Its main function is to detect the position of compensation hole in brake cylinder and whether there are quality problems such as sand hole and crack inside.Because the external profile of brake cylinder is complex, it belongs to deep and thin blind hole, and the inspection datum of compensation hole is the external end face of external flange of brake cylinder, it is difficult to accurately detect the position of compensation hole in automobile industry.The detection device designed in this paper collects zeros by micro-displacement sensor, scans images by overlapping linear CCD, and processes images by computer. Each part is coordinated with the rotary table and the mechanical feed device.The detection of the workpiece is realized.High precision, high speed and convenient operation, accord with the standard of modern industry.The technical specifications of the detection device are: precision: 0.03FS, resolution: 0.001mm, repeatability: 0.005mm.
