【摘要】:试验研究了不同状态的包覆层对汽车热交换器用铝合金复合箔抗下垂性能的影响。结果表明,铸造状态的包覆层制备的复合材料与热轧状态的包覆层制备的复合材料相比,前者包覆层中的Si元素只具备浓度梯度,在轧制复合过程中Si原子从包覆层向芯层的扩散程度要小于后者的,并且前者的抗下垂性能要优于后者。
[Abstract]:The effects of different coating states on the sag resistance of aluminum alloy composite foil used in automobile heat exchanger were investigated.The results show that compared with the composite prepared by hot-rolled coating, the Si element in the cast coating layer has only a concentration gradient.The diffusion degree of Si atoms from the cladding layer to the core layer is smaller than that of the latter, and the sagging resistance of the former is better than that of the latter.
