基于阶次设计的汽车排气噪声品质运动感调校

【摘要】:为提升某乘用车急加速排气噪声运动感声品质,针对具有运动感声品质的汽车加速排气阶次噪声频谱特征及其结构实现方法开展研究.以原车加速排气阶次噪声频谱特征为基础,利用穷举法调制出若干声音样本,经主观评价确定运动感排气噪声目标样本;分析其2,4和6阶噪声相较原车变化特征,确定其在频率上的调整方案,再以此为目标对排气系统结构进行改进设计,实现上述频率段上声压级的调校.经实测与主观评价,改进方案的加速排气噪声运动感声品质评分提升至7.4,加速过程声品质运动感特征显著.研究表明:通过排气系统结构设计对阶次噪声频谱特征进行调校,可实现汽车加速排气噪声运动感声品质提升.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the moving sound quality of a passenger vehicle's accelerating exhaust noise, the spectrum characteristics and structure realization method of the acceleration exhaust order noise of a passenger vehicle with motion sensitive sound quality are studied. Based on the spectrum characteristics of acceleration exhaust order noise of the original vehicle, some sound samples are modulated by exhaustive method, and the moving sense exhaust noise target samples are determined by subjective evaluation, and the variation characteristics of 2n4 and 6 order noise compared with the original vehicle are analyzed. The frequency adjustment scheme is determined, and the structure of the exhaust system is improved and designed to achieve the sound pressure level adjustment in the frequency range mentioned above. According to the actual measurement and subjective evaluation, the improved scheme of accelerated exhaust noise motion sense sound quality score increased to 7.4, the acceleration process sound quality motion sensitivity characteristics are significant. The results show that by adjusting the frequency spectrum characteristics of the order noise through the structural design of the exhaust system, the moving sound quality of the acceleration exhaust noise can be improved.
