汽车排气消声装置的结构与消声性能分析

【摘要】:为了实现对汽车工业中排气消声装置的消声性能分析,以常用共振式消声器为原型,通过建立声学理论模型进行声学分析,确定出这一类型消声器的声学边界条件,并通过应用大型通用多物理场耦合软件COMSOL进行参数化建模,在排气噪声频率段内进行求解得到消声器的消声性能。通过对圆形截面、矩形截面、带倒角截面共振消声器进行分析,得出圆形截面共振消声器的消声性能明显优于其余两种结构的消声性能,导角半径对消声性能的影响无明显规律性,但总体消声性能优于无倒角截面,最后通过分析共振腔轴向尺寸,得出轴向长度差异对消声量也有影响。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the noise performance of exhaust silencers in automobile industry, the acoustic boundary conditions of this type of mufflers are determined by establishing an acoustic theoretical model and taking the common resonant muffler as the prototype. The noise attenuation performance of the muffler is obtained by using the general multi-physical field coupling software COMSOL to model the parameters in the frequency range of exhaust noise. Through the analysis of circular section, rectangular section and resonant muffler with chamfer section, it is concluded that the muffler with circular section is obviously superior to the other two kinds of structures. The influence of the angle radius on the noise attenuation is not obvious, but the overall noise attenuation is better than that without chamfer. Finally, by analyzing the axial dimension of the resonator, it is concluded that the difference of the axial length has an effect on the noise attenuation.
