汽车零部件常压快速检漏系统的设计

【摘要】:泄漏检测是汽车工业生产中许多零部件质量保证的关键技术,为了适应大型自动化生产背景下的高精度快速检测,设计研发了一套常压快速检漏系统。该系统运用T-Guard氦浓度传感器的累积法检漏原理,配合抽真空系统、充氦系统、净化气体系统和电器控制系统等部分来实现高精度常压快速检漏。系统运行显示可以检测到泄漏率为10~10-5Pa·m3/s之间的漏点,检漏节拍小于1 min,在满足常压下检漏的同时,达到了检漏时间短、灵敏度高、效率能与生产线速度同步等要求,实现产品高精度的快速在线检测。
[Abstract]:Leak detection is the key technology for the quality assurance of many parts in automobile industry. In order to adapt to the high precision and fast detection under the background of large-scale automatic production, a set of atmospheric pressure fast leak detection system is designed and developed. In this system, the accumulative leak detection principle of T-Guard helium concentration sensor, vacuum pumping system, helium filling system, purifying gas system and electrical control system are used to realize high precision and fast leak detection at atmospheric pressure. The system operation shows that the leakage rate can be detected between 10 ~ 10 ~ (-5) Pa / m ~ (-3 / s). The leakage detection beat is less than 1 min. The leakage detection time is short, the sensitivity is high, the efficiency can synchronize with the speed of the production line, while the leak detection under normal pressure is satisfied. The high-precision fast online detection of the product is realized.
