侧面柱碰撞条件下轿车车门抗撞性优化设计

【摘要】:为提高车门的抗柱撞性能,将基于SIMP理论的拓扑优化方法引入车门防撞梁设计,得到最佳的防撞梁材料分布;选择合适的截面构造防撞梁,得到一种Y形防撞梁结构;结合响应面法和NSGA?Ⅱ多目标优化算法对防撞梁进行多目标优化。相比于初始设计,优化后防撞梁在保证车门刚度满足法规要求的前提下,刚性柱的撞击侵入量减少22.5%,车门抗柱撞性能明显提高。
