车门尺寸偏差对车内风噪声影响的试验研究

【摘要】:针对某商用微型车车门制造偏差导致车内风噪声偏大问题,首先对高速行驶中车门偏差的风噪声形成机理进行了分析,然后采用高速行驶关闭发动机滑行方法进行了道路风噪声试验,对时域数据进行快速傅里叶变换,采用A计权总声级及A计权1/3倍频程频谱对车内噪声信号分析。得到了高速行驶车门不同尺寸偏差与车内风噪声的关系。结果表明,道路风噪声试验对于评价风噪声的可行性;通过对车门尺寸偏差的控制能有效地降低车内风噪声,研究结果对车门尺寸公差与密封性设计及制造装配等工程实践有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the inner wind noise of a commercial mini car is caused by the manufacturing deviation of the door, the formation mechanism of the wind noise of the door deviation in high speed driving is analyzed. Then the road wind noise test is carried out by using the high speed driving and closing engine glide method, and the time domain data are analyzed by fast Fourier transform, and the noise signal inside the vehicle is analyzed by using A weighted total sound level and A weighted 1 / 3 times frequency range spectrum. The relationship between the different dimension deviation of the high speed driving door and the inner wind noise of the vehicle is obtained. The results show that the road wind noise test is feasible for evaluating the wind noise, and the control of the door size deviation can effectively reduce the wind noise inside the vehicle. The results are of great significance to the engineering practice of door dimension tolerance and sealing design and manufacturing assembly.
