基于TRIZ理论的汽车驾驶模拟器的设计与研究

【摘要】:随着汽车使用的普遍化,生存环境、社会人文等各方面因素的改变,传统的实车驾驶培训承受日益加重的压力,人们对汽车驾驶模拟器的需求不断扩大。本文针对国内外对汽车驾驶模拟器的研究不足之处,以解决设计问题为切入点,结合TRIZ理论和工业设计相关理论,对汽车驾驶模拟器进行了内部设计、款风设计等方面的研究。其中,应用了TRIZ中的理想化设计理论指导了汽车驾驶模拟器设计的展开,通过冲突解决原理解决了部件设计中的问题,使用人机工程学完成了模拟器内部设计方案。在研究TRIZ技术进化理论的基础上,提出了款风进化模式、进化路线,并将其应用于汽车驾驶模拟器的款风概念设计实践中;并且应用层次分析计算及模糊综合评价对各部分方案进行筛选及设计综合评估,对本文的研究简要描述如下:(1)在TRIZ的理想化理论指导下,通过用户访谈和实境观察,收集设计相关信息,完成设计前期的寻求设计需求、发现设计问题、明确设计方向等工作。(2)使用TRIZ的解决矛盾方法工具,解决汽车驾驶模拟器内部的部件结构设计问题;针对模拟器内部布置的设计特点,结合人机工程学,提出内部布置方案,并通过人机分析软件对设计方案进行设计评估;根据评估结果,优化内部设计方案后,完成样机制作。(3)结合款风设计特点、视觉知觉规则,把握汽车驾驶模拟器原型的款风发展趋势,提出了适用于工业设计领域的产品款风进化模式和进化路线,指导汽车驾驶模拟器的款风概念设计展开,获取多套款风方案。(4)对模拟器的内部设计方案和款风设计方案进行普通用户体验评价及专业人员评价,应用层次分析法和模糊综合分析法对评价数据通过构建层次模型、建立判断矩阵、计算各因素的权重值和隶属度对设计方案进行综合评估。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of automobile use, living environment, social and humanistic factors, traditional real vehicle driving training is under increasing pressure, and the demand for vehicle driving simulator is expanding. Aiming at the deficiency of domestic and foreign research on automobile driving simulator, this paper studies the interior design and style design of automobile driving simulator by combining Triz theory and industry design theory. The idealized design theory of Triz is used to guide the design of the vehicle driving simulator, the problems in the design of components are solved by the conflict resolution principle, and the internal design scheme of the simulator is completed by using ergonomics. Based on the study of Triz technology evolution theory, this paper puts forward the model and route of stylistic evolution, and applies it to the conceptual design practice of automobile driving simulator. In addition, AHP calculation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to screen and design comprehensive evaluation of each part of the project. The research of this paper is described as follows: (1) under the guidance of Triz's idealized theory, through user interview and reality observation, Collect the relevant information of design, complete the design requirements in the early stage of the design, find design problems, clear the direction of design. (2) use Triz to solve the problem of internal components structure design of driving simulator; According to the design characteristics of internal layout of simulator, combining with ergonomics, the internal layout scheme is put forward, and the design scheme is evaluated by man-machine analysis software. (3) based on the characteristics of stylistic design and visual perception rules, the development trend of prototype of automobile driving simulator is grasped, and the evolutionary model and route of product style for industrial design are put forward. Guide the design of car driving simulator to develop the concept of styling style. (4) the common user experience evaluation and professional evaluation of the simulator internal design scheme and styling style design scheme. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method are used to evaluate the design scheme synthetically by constructing the hierarchical model, establishing the judgment matrix, calculating the weight value and the membership degree of each factor.
