拖拉机半主动座椅悬架建模及控制研究

【摘要】:为了改善拖拉机的乘坐舒适性,提出了将磁流变阻尼器应用于座椅悬架的新设计思路。为此,利用地面输入模型、磁流变阻尼器模型和传统被动座椅悬架模型建立了新型的半主动座椅悬架模型,并设计了PID控制器和模糊控制器,在Mat Lab/Simulink仿真环境下对半主动座椅悬架与被动座椅悬架进行仿真。仿真结果表明:半主动座椅悬架相比于传统的被动座椅悬架,在减振方面效果明显;而在两种控制方法中,模糊控制效果最佳。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the ride comfort of tractor, a new design idea of applying Mr damper to seat suspension is put forward. Therefore, a new semi-active seat suspension model is established by using the ground input model, the magneto-rheological damper model and the traditional passive seat suspension model, and the PID controller and fuzzy controller are designed. The semi-active seat suspension and passive seat suspension are simulated in Mat Lab/Simulink environment. The simulation results show that the semi-active seat suspension is more effective in reducing vibration than the traditional passive seat suspension, and fuzzy control is the best in the two control methods.
