粘接式客车侧窗玻璃对客车侧翻性能的影响

【摘要】：为分析粘接式侧窗玻璃对客车侧翻性能的影响,提出了一种简化的粘接式侧窗玻璃模型。基于钢化玻璃破坏应力在静态作用下较小的准则,应用试验方法,对粘接式侧窗玻璃进行准静态加载。在试验中提取玻璃上6个应力提取点的应力,对其平均应力进行曲线拟合,确定钢化玻璃的失效断裂极限。将玻璃断裂极限应用于有、无侧窗玻璃两种侧翻模型,对两种模型进行对比分析,结果表明粘接式侧窗玻璃对车侧翻性能影响较小。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the effect of glued side window on the overturning performance of passenger cars, a simplified adhesive side window model was proposed. Based on the criterion that the failure stress of toughened glass is small under static action, the quasi-static loading of bonded side window glass is carried out by using the test method. The stress of six stress extraction points on glass was extracted in the experiment, and the average stress curve was fitted to determine the failure fracture limit of tempered glass. The fracture limit of the glass is applied to two kinds of side flip models with and without side window glass. The comparison and analysis of the two models show that the adhesive side window glass has little effect on the rolling performance of the vehicle.
