新能源汽车零部件综合环境试验系统研究

【摘要】:随着能源问题、环境污染问题的凸显,纯电动和混合动力等新能源汽车发展迅猛,与普通汽车相比电气部件也越来越多。这使得新能源汽车电气部件在温度、湿度、振动、冲击作用下老化、性能降低、失灵的风险大大提高。因此,新能源汽车电气部件综合环境试验的重要性就更为突出。在掌握随机信号分析、生成以及振动台随机控制的基础上,通过需求分析,确定了新能源汽车零部件综合环境试验系统研究的总体方案,其中包含振动模拟系统开发和新能源汽车零部件综合环境试验系统开发两大主要内容。振动模拟系统为新能源汽车零部件综合环境试验系统提供前期理论研究和试验的支持。本文完成了振动模拟系统硬件选型、搭建及调试,基于LabVIEW开发的上位机软件,实现了振动模拟系统的实时控制,该系统不仅对振动控制技术中特定功率谱密度随机信号生产原理、频谱均衡以及功率谱密度估计等进行深入研究,而且用通用计算机和上位机软件替代振动控制器,实现振动台的随机控制,降低成本。通过实验对振动模拟系统的随机控制性能进行验证,实验结果表明控制精度良好。对新能源汽车在普通城市公路上以特定车速行驶时,底板位置的振动加速度进行分析,得出振动加速度功率谱密度,并在振动模拟系统上进行其功率谱密度的复现实验,其复现效果良好,为以后研究路面不平激励振动的综合环境试验方法打下基础。本文还完成了新能源汽车零部件综合环境试验系统硬件选型、搭建及调试,开发的上位机软件可实现数据记录、在线分析以及离线分析等功能,在温湿振动综合振动试验台架上进行温度、湿度、正弦振动试验和温度、湿度、随机振动试验,试验结果验证了所开发的新能源汽车零部件综合环境试验系统可实现系统所需功能,具有良好的稳定性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the problems of energy and environmental pollution, new energy vehicles, such as pure electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles, are developing rapidly, and more electrical components compared with ordinary vehicles. This makes the electrical parts of the new energy vehicle under the temperature, humidity, vibration, impact aging, performance degradation, the risk of failure is greatly increased. Therefore, the importance of comprehensive environmental testing of electrical components of new energy vehicles is more prominent. On the basis of mastering random signal analysis, generation and random control of vibration table, through demand analysis, the overall scheme of research on integrated environmental test system of new energy automobile parts is determined. It includes two main contents: the development of vibration simulation system and the development of integrated environmental test system of new energy automobile parts. The vibration simulation system provides early theoretical research and experimental support for the integrated environmental test system of new energy automobile parts. In this paper, the hardware selection, setting up and debugging of the vibration simulation system are completed. The host computer software based on LabVIEW is developed to realize the real-time control of the vibration simulation system. The system not only deeply studies the principle of random signal production, spectrum equalization and power spectral density estimation in vibration control technology, but also replaces the vibration controller with general computer and upper computer software. The random control of vibration table is realized and the cost is reduced. The stochastic control performance of the vibration simulation system is verified by experiments, and the experimental results show that the control accuracy is good. This paper analyzes the vibration acceleration of the bottom plate of a new energy vehicle at a specific speed on a common urban highway, and obtains the power spectral density of the vibration acceleration, and carries out a repetition experiment of the power spectrum density on the vibration simulation system. The reappearance effect is good, which lays a foundation for the future research on the comprehensive environmental test method of the road surface vibration caused by uneven excitation. In this paper, the hardware selection, setting up and debugging of the integrated environment test system for new energy automobile parts are also completed. The upper computer software developed can realize the functions of data recording, on-line analysis and off-line analysis, etc. Temperature, humidity, sinusoidal vibration test and temperature, humidity, random vibration test were carried out on the temperature and humidity vibration test bench. The experimental results show that the developed integrated environmental test system of new energy automobile parts can achieve the required functions and has good stability and reliability.
