驾驶员干预下的爆胎动力学建模及仿真分析

【摘要】:随着汽车保有量的不断增加,汽车交通事故频发,这给人们带来了大量的经济财产损失和严重的人身安全威胁,导致汽车发生交通事故的原因有很多,其中“爆胎”是重要原因之一,而且爆胎往往能引发严重的交通事故。另外现代轿车多数采用前置前驱前转向的布置形式,一旦发生转向轮的爆胎,车辆的驱动、转向和制动性能都会发生剧烈改变,相对于后轮而言,转向轮的研究意义更大一些。本文在借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上,以Pacejka89魔术轮胎为基础,充分考虑了爆胎过程中爆胎持续时间、轮胎的力学与几何特性的变化、轮胎胎压以及各轮胎载荷的转移等因素的影响,建模过程中通过对滚动阻力系数、径向刚度、侧偏刚度、纵向滑移刚度等几个重要变量进行适当的修正,来实现爆胎后轮胎特性的改变,从而得到了更加准确的爆胎模型。本文在假设驾驶员生理和心理状态良好的前提下,研究爆胎后驾驶员的典型反应(即紧急转向与制动),建立爆胎后转向操纵模型和制动模型,使用Matlab/Simulink软件对模型进行了表达,并整合驾驶员模型与修正后的爆胎模型,对12种不同工况下的爆胎汽车进行了仿真,分析了爆胎后驾驶员不同的操作方法对汽车运行轨迹和动力学特性的影响,积累了一些数据,总结了一些经验,为车辆爆胎后驾驶员的应急处置提供帮助,也为爆胎后车辆稳定控制系统的研发提供一定基础。
[Abstract]:With the continuous increase of vehicle ownership, automobile traffic accidents occur frequently, which brings people a large number of economic and property losses and serious personal safety threats. There are many reasons leading to vehicle traffic accidents. Tire burst is one of the important reasons, and it can cause serious traffic accidents. In addition, most modern cars use the front steering arrangement. Once the tire burst of the steering wheel, the driving, steering and braking performance of the vehicle will change dramatically. Compared with the rear wheel, the research significance of the steering wheel is more significant. In this paper, based on the domestic and foreign related research results, based on Pacejka89 Magic Tire, the change of tire duration, tire mechanical and geometric properties during the process of tire explosion is considered. In the process of modeling, some important variables such as rolling resistance coefficient, radial stiffness, lateral deflection stiffness, longitudinal slip stiffness, and so on, are modified properly in the process of modeling, such as tire pressure and tire load transfer. In order to realize the change of tire characteristics after tire burst, a more accurate tire burst model is obtained. Based on the assumption that the driver is in good physical and psychological condition, this paper studies the typical reaction of the driver after the tire burst (i.e. emergency steering and braking), and establishes the steering control model and braking model after the tire burst. Matlab/Simulink software is used to express the model, and the driver model and modified tire model are integrated to simulate 12 kinds of tire exploding vehicles under different working conditions. This paper analyzes the influence of the driver's different operation methods on the running track and dynamic characteristics of the vehicle after the tire burst, accumulates some data, summarizes some experiences, and provides help for the driver's emergency disposal after the tire burst. It also provides a basis for the research and development of vehicle stability control system after tire burst.
