高密度无刷无感直流车窗电机设计
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new type of driving motor for window glass hoist is proposed, which is combined with external rotor permanent magnet brushless sensorless DC motor and harmonic reducer. Compared with the drive mode of permanent magnet brushless DC motor and worm gear worm reducer, it has the following advantages: (1) the efficiency of window motor has been raised from 70% to 83%; (2) the brushless structure makes the motor run less noise and longer life; (3) the structure of the outer rotor motor and the harmonic deceleration machine structure, greatly simplify the original window motor components, make the glass lift drive motor structure more compact, The transmission efficiency of 70% worm gear reducer has been increased to more than 90%. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the overall scheme design of the glass hoist drive motor and the determination of the basic performance index of the motor. By analyzing the structure of the existing rope wheel hoist and referring to the standards of the related window hoist, the working conditions of the window motor to be designed are analyzed, and the transmission scheme of the DC brushless window motor is determined. That is, the motor with harmonic deceleration structure of the deceleration drive mode. At the same time, the basic design parameters of the motor are calculated. Secondly, the main mechanism dimension calculation and electromagnetic field modeling and simulation of window motor. According to the main technical parameters of the window motor, the main structural dimensions of the motor are calculated. The electromagnetic scheme of the motor is preliminarily determined by the method of combining field and circuit. The structure of stator and rotor is compared and selected. RMxprt module is used to model the motor and optimize the parameters of the motor. Thirdly, the vehicle window motor 2D modeling and performance simulation analysis. The 2D model of window motor is established by using Maxwell 2D module, and the static and transient fields of brushless window motor are analyzed. The static and transient magnetic field distribution of the motor are uniform and accord with the theoretical calculation results. Finally, the window motor engineering design and prototype trial production and testing. According to the previous structural size calculation, complete the engineering structure design of window motor and test the performance of the prototype. The main work of the structural engineering design of the motor is as follows: 3D modeling, engineering drawing, making and arranging the processing scheme flow, completing the assembly of the prototype machine. The test items of the prototype are stator winding test, no-load characteristic test and load characteristic test. The feasibility and rationality of the design method and design scheme of brushless window motor are verified from the test results.
