汽车换挡性能测量系统研究

【摘要】:为实现在实车环境下对换挡系统换挡力和位移的精确、快速测量,针对自动变速器开发了一套汽车换挡性能测量系统,并完成其软、硬件开发。该测试系统主要由二维推拉力传感器及球面坐标测量装置组成,运用三维坐标变换和球面最小二乘拟合的计算方法,实现了换挡力与手柄角位移关系及换挡力与坐标投影距离关系的实时测量。考虑到手动测量数据的分散性,对测量结果进行统计处理,获得稳定、一致的测量结果,为后续换挡性能分析研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately and quickly measure the shift force and displacement of the shift system in the real vehicle environment, a set of measuring system for the shift performance of the automatic transmission is developed, and its software and hardware are developed. The measuring system is mainly composed of two dimensional push-pull force sensor and spherical coordinate measuring device. The calculation method of 3D coordinate transformation and spherical least square fitting is used. The relationship between the shift force and the angle displacement of the handle and the distance between the shift force and the coordinate projection are realized. Considering the dispersion of manual measurement data, the measurement results are statistically processed, and stable and consistent measurement results are obtained, which provides a reference for the subsequent research on shift performance analysis.
