异形截面板弹簧的疲劳寿命分析
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the automobile safety is more and more important, and the automobile tire burst is one of the serious potential safety hazards. At present, in the market, a safety tire or a non-pneumatic tire is adopted instead of the ordinary skew tire, but the two tires also have certain problems. Based on the safety tire and the non-pneumatic tire, a new concept of tire _ plate spring tire is proposed, with the special-shaped cross-section plate spring as the research object, and the fatigue life is further predicted on the basis of the static strength analysis. In the aspect of theoretical calculation, the special-shaped cross-section plate spring belongs to the plane strain problem of the wide plate bending. In the process of loading, the elastic deformation, the basic formula based on the elastic deformation, the formula of the bending moment and the radius of curvature of the spring piece are derived, the section of the sheet is simplified to the I-beam structure, and the formula of the centroid and moment of inertia of the section is solved by the characteristics of the combined graph. The formula for estimating the structural life is further obtained on the basis of satisfying the strength requirement. In the aspect of finite element numerical simulation, the finite element model of the plate spring is established by using the PATRAN finite element analysis software, and the static load analysis is carried out, and the NASTRAN is called for solving and calculation to obtain the stress cloud picture and the maximum stress node area of the structure. The fatigue life of the dangerous area is analyzed by using the FATIGUE fatigue analysis software, and the S-N curve of the material is newly built and modified in the process, and the material information and the load information are set, and the fatigue life image of the structure is finally obtained. In this paper, the static finite element analysis and the finite element analysis of the fatigue life of the special-shaped cross-section plate spring are made based on the multi-gate theory such as the material mechanics, the finite element calculation and the fatigue life theory of the structure, etc., and is combined with the finite element software and the professional fatigue life analysis software.
