城市用四轮直驱电动汽车车身造型设计

【摘要】:随着环境污染的加重和能源短缺危机的逼近,国内外针对电动汽车的研究逐渐兴起,其中四轮直驱电动汽车以其传动性能好、电控程度高、车身轻便等优点,成为电动汽车研究的独特方向。本论文依靠本学科的四轮毂驱动电动汽车项目,应用仿生学、感性工学等现代设计方法,进行了车身外观概念设计的探索,为项目中的电动汽车提供了外观设计方案。本文综合考虑了美学设计及工程可用性理念,在理解四轮轮毂驱动技术的优缺点的基础上,分析并把握设计趋势,探索了一种新的汽车外观设计流程。论文所采用的渐进式创新设计方法和理性化的评估方法,有效地避免了由于设计师个人设计能力不足所导致的设计可用性差的问题。论文的第一部分针对轮毂电机驱动技术及汽车造型基本知识进行了资料收集和调查研究,通过分析目前市场上纯电动微型车的外观设计理念对该类型汽车外观设计趋势进行了预测,并应用标杆分析法为概念设计阶段确定了标杆车型。论文的第二部分包括概念设计和方案优化两个阶段。为了更顺利的开展项目,概念设计阶段首先从汽车的侧身设计切入,在明确造型设计方向的基础上进行概念演化,使用较为客观的评价方法对设计方案进行评价,并最终产出了设计方案的三维模型。方案优化阶段则针对前期得到的造型方案进行美学分析和人机尺寸关系分析,完善细部设计等,并对汽车车身设计中需要考虑的外观色彩和材质进行了阐述。论文的第三部分则主要考虑了电动汽车的车身结构和安全性能,并根据前期得到的车身外观设计方案进行了汽车车架的建模,证明了设计方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of environmental pollution and the approaching of energy shortage crisis, the research on electric vehicles is gradually rising at home and abroad. Among them, four-wheel direct-drive electric vehicles have the advantages of good transmission performance, high degree of electronic control, light body and so on. It has become a unique direction of electric vehicle research. This paper relies on the four-wheel hub drive electric vehicle project, applies bionic, perceptual engineering and other modern design methods to explore the conceptual design of the body appearance, and provides the appearance design scheme for the electric vehicle in the project. In this paper, the concept of aesthetic design and engineering availability is considered synthetically, and on the basis of understanding the advantages and disadvantages of four-wheel hub drive technology, the design trend is analyzed and grasped, and a new automobile appearance design flow is explored. The progressive innovative design method and rational evaluation method used in this paper effectively avoid the problem of poor design availability caused by the lack of personal design ability of designers. In the first part of the paper, the data collection and investigation are carried out on the driving technology of hub motor and the basic knowledge of automobile modeling. Based on the analysis of the appearance design concept of pure electric minivan in the market at present, the appearance design trend of this type of vehicle is predicted, and the benchmarking model is determined for the conceptual design stage by using benchmarking analysis method. The second part of the paper includes two stages: conceptual design and scheme optimization. In order to carry out the project more smoothly, in the conceptual design stage, the conceptual evolution is carried out on the basis of defining the direction of modeling design, and a more objective evaluation method is used to evaluate the design scheme. Finally, the three-dimensional model of the design scheme is produced. In the scheme optimization stage, the aesthetic analysis and man-machine size relationship analysis are carried out for the previous modeling scheme, and the detail design is perfected, and the appearance color and material that need to be considered in the automobile body design are described. In the third part of the paper, the body structure and safety performance of the electric vehicle are mainly considered, and the modeling of the automobile frame is carried out according to the previous car body appearance design scheme, which proves the feasibility of the design scheme.
