基于人体热舒适性的汽车空调除霜性能研究

【摘要】:汽车空调对汽车行车安全和舒适性有重要影响,车载空调的除霜性能是汽车空调综合性能评价中的一个重要组成部分,如何快速有效地除尽挡风玻璃上的霜层,同时保证除霜系统工作时车内相对舒适,是汽车空调设计中的一个重要课题。本文以某款轻型汽车空调系统为研究对象,考虑车内驾乘人员的影响,建立了除霜分析模型;参照国家标准GB 11555-2009,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,分析了空调系统在-18 C?环境下的除霜性能;通过实车空调除霜试验验证了CFD计算模型的有效性。采用单因素分析方法研究进风参数和结构参数对除霜性能的影响。在环境温度为-3 C?时进行除霜工况下的热舒适性分析,考虑到汽车内部热环境的不稳定性,使用当量温度指标EQT评价驾驶员的热舒适性,并研究进风参数和结构参数对热舒适性的影响。最后对空调除霜系统进行优化,在优选进风参数的基础上,采用近似模型和遗传算法相结合的方法对结构参数进行优化设计。研究表明,仿真分析结果与除霜试验结果吻合较好,CFD分析的方法可以有效模拟车内流场。进风量、进风温度、中央出风口位置和底部出风口角度都会对除霜性能产生影响。进风量越大除霜越快,进风温度越高除霜效果越好。中央出风口距离挡风玻璃底部太近或太远都会在视野区下方会出现除霜死角,使除霜速率变慢。底部出风口角度越大,附近的霜层会越快融化,但出风口角度太大也会在视野区下方出现除霜死角,导致除霜速率变慢。进风量和进风温度增大都会导致人体温度升高。不同的中央出风口位置会导致驾驶员的当量温度评价结果略有偏差。底部出风口角度对驾驶员大腿以上部位的影响较明显。通过上述影响因素的综合分析,采用近似模型和遗传算法相结合的方法,对中央出风口位置和底部出风口角度进行优化,从而使空调系统具有良好的除霜性能和乘员热舒适性。
