汽车钛合金连杆切削加工中的刀具磨损研究

【摘要】:以汽车钛合金连杆为研究对象,分析了钛合金连杆在切削加工工艺过程中的刀具磨损量、切削力和刀具寿命随着切削速度、润滑压力的变化规律。试验分析结果表明:刀具磨损量随着切削速度的增加而增加,随着水射流润滑压力的增加先减小后增加;刀具切削力和轴向力均随着水射流压力的增大先减小后增加,但轴向力的变化较切削力更加敏感,变化速率更快;刀具寿命随着切削速度的增加而减小,随着水射流压力的增加先增大后减小,钛合金连杆的最佳工况为切削速度75m/min,润滑压力10MPa。
[Abstract]:Taking automobile titanium alloy connecting rod as the research object, the variation of tool wear, cutting force and tool life with cutting speed and lubrication pressure of titanium alloy connecting rod in cutting process is analyzed. The experimental results show that the tool wear increases with the increase of cutting speed, decreases at first and then increases with the increase of water jet lubrication pressure, and the cutting force and axial force decrease at first and then increase with the increase of water jet pressure, but the change of axial force is more sensitive and the change rate is faster than that of cutting force. The tool life decreases with the increase of cutting speed, and then decreases with the increase of water jet pressure. The optimum working condition of titanium alloy connecting rod is cutting speed 75m 鈮,
