【摘要】:随着城市化进程的加快和人们对高质量生活品质的需求,出现了越来越来的现代化智能住宅小区。传统的物业管理方式因其效率低、保密性差,正被更加高效、便捷的物业管理系统所取代。移动通信和互联网技术的高速发展带来了流畅的手机运行和数据传输速度,使得智能手机发挥着越来越重要的作用。目前主流的智能手机操作系统主要有IOS、Windows Phone、Android等。根据市场研究公司Gartner公布的最新报告显示,截止2015年第三季度,Android操作系统仍在全球市场上占据领导地位,所占份额为84.7%,因此,实现一套Android平台下的物业管理系统具有十分重要的意义。本文在研究了UML建模技术、数据库管理系统和Android平台的基础上,采用了分层设计的方法,设计并实现了一个基于Android平台的物业管理系统。该系统基于Android体系结构,并结合传统网络服务器,包括视图层、业务逻辑层和数据访问层三层架构。视图层呈现界面,业务逻辑层为中间层,数据访问层负责对数据库进行操作。在实现物业管理系统的公告管理、房屋交易管理、缴费信息管理、投诉管理、报修管理、门禁密码管理等功能的基础上,研究了系统的安全性。使用了AES加密算法对数据进行了加密保证了系统的数据安全;对APK安装文件进行了签名校验保证了系统的代码安全。最后,对本系统的各个模块进行了功能测试和系统测试,经过模拟机和实际手机测试,本系统设计并实现的物业管理系统能够有效完成各个模块的功能,达到了设计目的,提高物业管理效率,具有可靠性和实用性。

Based on the research of UML modeling technology, the number of According to the basic database management system and Android platform, using the hierarchical design method, the design and implementation of a property management system based on Android platform. The system is based on Android architecture, combined with the traditional network server, including the view layer, business logic layer and data access layer three layer view layer presentation interface architecture. The business logic layer, intermediate layer, data access layer is responsible for the operation of the database. In the announcement to realize the management of property management system, housing transaction management, payment information management, complaint management, repair management, access password management functions based on the research of the security system.
