【摘要】:由于,朝阳区广电中心人事档案管理工作,目前仍处于纯手工管理状态,以纸质存档与手工管理为主,或配合一些电子表格辅助管理的现状。传统的档案管理手段和管理模式所带来的费时费力、误操作、管理不善和不专业、不规范,足以证实:对于人事档案资料的搜集整理、检索查阅和封装存储等工作,缺乏现代化管理手段以及新技术的运用,是一定会严重制约人事档案管理工作水平的提升的。为了提升和改变本单位的档案管理工作水平和现状,在对于国内较成熟的人事档案管理系统设计公司进行市场调研和询价的基础上,本人决定结合本单位人事档案管理工作实际,利用自己软件工程专业所学,运用软件工程思想,团队开发方法,学习和借鉴成熟人事档案管理系统的设计思路和模式,自行开发设计一款适合本单位使用的人事档案管理系统。希望利用信息化资源优势,通过字符识别等现代信息技术手段,提升本单位人事档案管理工作效率,进一步实现人事档案电子化、无纸化管理,推动单位人事档案工作的信息化进程。本系统的设计与开发,是基于并结合广电中心(本人单位)人事档案管理工作的现状以及实际业务流程的需要,结合该单位中现有计算机系统配置情况和应用模式,开展了严谨细致地调研和分析,挖掘出现存的各种实际问题,并依据问题提出了本系统设计思路与开发模式。在需求分析方面,对本系统的功能和性能进行了详细分析,并对人事档案业务流程进行全面阐述,然后再对本系统的数据需求进行了分析。在系统设计方面,对本系统的整体架构、数据库表、纸质材料数字化转换等方面进行了详细设计,各模块设计将满足系统的灵活性、可扩充性和全面性。在系统实现方面,力争达到人事档案信息化、无纸化、规范化管理。使电子人事资料的档案管理与电子文件的档案管理一体化。将过去的纸张调阅的方式逐渐向电脑无纸化查阅的方向转变;实现档案数据删除、修改、查询、添加、统计、维护、识别等多种使用功能。
[Abstract]:As a result, Chaoyang District Radio and Television Center personnel file management work, is still in a purely manual management state, with paper archiving and manual management. The traditional file management means and management mode bring time and effort, misoperation, mismanagement and unprofessional, non-standard. Enough to prove: the collection and arrangement of personnel files, retrieval and packaging of storage and other work, lack of modern management means and the use of new technology. In order to improve and change the level and current situation of the archives management of our unit, it is certain that it will seriously restrict the improvement of the work level of personnel archives management. On the basis of market research and inquiry for the domestic mature personnel file management system design company, I decided to combine the actual work of personnel file management in this unit, and make use of my own software engineering major. Using the idea of software engineering and the method of team development, we can learn from the design ideas and models of the mature personnel file management system. Develop and design a personnel file management system suitable for the use of this unit. We hope to use the advantages of information resources, through modern information technology means such as character recognition, to improve the efficiency of personnel archives management in our unit. Further realize the personnel file electronic, paperless management, promote the unit personnel file work information process. Design and development of this system. Is based on and combined with the radio and television center (my unit) personnel file management status and actual business process needs, combined with the existing computer system in the unit configuration and application mode. Carried out rigorous and meticulous investigation and analysis, excavated out the existing practical problems, and put forward the system design ideas and development model. The function and performance of the system are analyzed in detail, and the business process of personnel files is described comprehensively. Then, the data requirements of the system are analyzed. The overall structure of the system, database tables, paper material digitization conversion and other aspects of the detailed design, each module design will meet the flexibility of the system, extensibility and comprehensiveness, in the implementation of the system. Strive to achieve personnel files information, paperless. Standardized management. Make the electronic personnel data file management and electronic document file management integration. The past paper retrieval way gradually to the computer paperless access to the direction of change; File data delete, modify, query, add, statistics, maintenance, identification and other functions.
