【摘要】:建筑行业被看作是我国国民经济物质生产部门的关键行业,关系着整个国家经济的发展,人民生活的改善也与其密切相关。但是现阶段建筑业利用信息化手段的落后,造成了生产效率的严重低下,如何才能运用先进的IT技术来提升建设工程管理水平是非常必要而紧迫的。与此同时,由于计算机信息技术的大力发展和普及,很多国内外大中型企业已经开始实现了先进的企业办公信息化管理,那么如何在一些大中型项目中对错综复杂的项目信息做信息化管理以及如何最终使得企业部门相互之间的资源实时共享和整合成为现实,显然这些要通过传统的企业信息管理方式来实现企业的需求已经完全不可能了,项目管理水平的高低已经直接影响着工程的进度和质量。本课题以西安曲江新区工程建设综合信息服务系统作为出发点,充分考虑系统在未来发展中的需要,同时结合西安曲江新区工程建设的现状,设计并实现了一套具有一定通用性的西安曲江新区工程建设综合信息服务系统。该系统以西安曲江新区工程建设的综合信息为基础,提供了日常管理、业务管理、项目信息管理等综合信息管理功能,以这些大模块为基础,系统还提供了信息查询、添加、修改、删除等功能。在设计过程中,系统以面向对象为设计思想,以ASP.NET作为开发环境,Orical为服务器数据库。与此同时,系统的设计和实现严格按照系统的需求分析、系统设计、系统实现与测试的思路来进行。最终实现了西安曲江新区工程建设综合信息服务系统。经过测试,本系统的实现不仅能够很好的与已有信息系统进行兼容,同时解决并实现了许多已有系统无法实现的行政审批手续的电子化。本人在系统的开发过程中主要参与了系统需求的分析,以及其中业务管理子系统,日常管理子系统和项目信息管理子系统的设计与实现工作,同时,本人设计了详细的测试用例,对系统进行测试。通过西安曲江新区工程建设综合信息服务系统的实现,能够从根本上打破传统的办事模式,提高了政府工作的水平和效率。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is regarded as the key industry of the material production department of our national economy, which is related to the development of the whole national economy, and the improvement of the people's life is also closely related to it. It is very necessary and urgent to use advanced IT technology to improve the management level of construction engineering. At the same time, due to the rapid development and popularization of computer information technology, Many large and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad have begun to realize advanced office information management. So how to manage the intricate project information in some large and medium-sized projects and how to make the real-time sharing and integration of resources between enterprise departments become a reality? Obviously, it is completely impossible to meet the needs of enterprises through traditional enterprise information management. The level of project management has a direct impact on the progress and quality of the project. This project takes the comprehensive information service system of the project construction in Xi'an Qujiang New District as the starting point and fully considers the needs of the system in the future development. At the same time, a set of comprehensive information service system of Xi'an Qujiang New area is designed and realized, which is based on the comprehensive information of Xi'an Qujiang New area. It provides integrated information management functions such as daily management, business management, project information management and so on. Based on these modules, the system also provides functions such as information query, add, modify, delete and so on. At the same time, the design and implementation of the system is strictly in accordance with the requirements of the system analysis, the system design, Finally, the integrated information service system for the project construction of Xi'an Qujiang New area is realized. After testing, the realization of the system is not only compatible with the existing information system, At the same time, I have solved and realized a lot of electronic administrative examination and approval procedures which cannot be realized by the existing system. I have mainly participated in the analysis of the system requirements and the business management subsystem in the development process of the system. The design and implementation of the daily management subsystem and the project information management subsystem. At the same time, I designed the detailed test cases, tested the system, and realized the comprehensive information service system of the project construction in Xi'an Qujiang New District. It can fundamentally break the traditional mode of handling affairs and improve the level and efficiency of government work.
