基于物联网RFID技术的光纤电子标签的应用研究

【摘要】:随着全国通信行业的快速发展,光纤作为通信传输介质应用的范围越来越广,但对于光纤的安装和维护并没有随着通信行业快速发展而快速变化,甚至对于光纤的安装和维护还是停留在传统观念,有时候为了查看老旧的光纤而大兴土木,不仅浪费了人力物力而且效率较低。现在的通信网络越来越需要通过提高工作的智能化与规范化实现提高工作效率。论文结合物联网RFID技术,设计的手持端界面和PC端界面,方便操作人员对数据的采集和处理。手持端开发是基于WENCE5.0系统采用超高频读写器模块,依靠RFID等技术采集电子标签内部数据。使操作人员能够依据操作界面进行相应的操作,实现对于不同电子标签的读取、删除、添加、更新。使用手持设备便于操作,安全性更高,最终实现工作效率的提高。同时整个系统在实现原有的基本功能外,增加了光纤周边环境监测WEB端的设计,使整个设计更加的人性化、系统化。本课题在硬件设计方面,采用基于WINCE 5.0系统的手持端,实现了主芯片和读写器之间的通讯,利用各种传感器完成对电子标签周围环境信息的采集,使用ZigBee、WiFi、Modbus等通信技术相结合的方式完成整个系统的硬件搭建。软件设计方面,开发了界面友好的图形化手持端界面和电脑操作平台。更加的人性化,使操作人员通过简单的操作完成对于电子标签的读写等操作,并利用PC操作平台完成对于数据的更新和转换。设计的环境采集WEB端,通过采用ZigBee、WiFi、ModBus等通信技术相结合的方式进行通信,ZigBee技术实现终端节点无线自组网络,WiFi无线通信技术完成服务器与PC机、手机之间信号的建立与传输。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national communication industry, the application of optical fiber as communication transmission medium is more and more extensive, but the installation and maintenance of optical fiber has not changed rapidly with the rapid development of communication industry. Even with regard to the installation and maintenance of optical fibers, they remain in the traditional view, and sometimes they are built in order to see the old ones. It not only wastes manpower and material resources, but also low efficiency. Nowadays, communication network needs to improve the efficiency by improving the intelligence and standardization of work. This paper combines the technology of Internet of things (RFID), designs the handheld interface and PC interface. It is convenient for operators to collect and process the data. The development of the handheld terminal is based on the use of UHF reader module in the WENCE5.0 system and the collection of internal data of the electronic label by the technology of RFID, which enables the operator to operate according to the operation interface. Read, delete, add, update for different electronic tags. Use handheld devices for easy operation, high security, and finally improve work efficiency. At the same time, the whole system realizes the original basic functions, The design of WEB terminal of optical fiber peripheral environment monitoring is added, which makes the whole design more humanized and systematized. In the aspect of hardware design, the handheld terminal based on WINCE 5.0 system is used to realize the communication between the main chip and the reader. Using various sensors to complete the collection of environmental information around the tag, using ZigBee-WiFi-Modbus and other communication technologies to complete the whole system hardware and software design, Developed a friendly graphical handheld interface and computer operating platform. More humanized, so that the operator through simple operation to complete the electronic label reading and writing operations, And using PC operating platform to complete the update and conversion of data. The design of the environment to collect WEB, ZigBee technology is used to realize the wireless communication between the server and PC and between the mobile phone and the server through the use of ZigBee-WiFi-ModBus and other communication technologies to realize the wireless communication between the terminal node and the wireless Ad hoc network.
