乳制品质量安全追溯应用系统设计与实现

【摘要】:2008的“三聚氰胺”事件之后,国人开始越来越关注食品安全问题,特别是乳制品的安全问题。本文以乳制品行业为例,进行乳制品质量安全追溯应用系统的设计研究,系统的建设可以让乳制品生产、加工的相关企业以及最终的用户、监管单位都能够非常简单的查询乳制品的生产、加工流转过程,不仅有利于督促乳制品生产、加工企业提高乳制品质量,同时也有利于恢复消费者对国内乳制品的信心。在研究过程中,首先,通过对目前国内乳制品质量安全追溯应用系统建设现状分析,确定乳制品质量安全追溯系统的建设目标,并从养殖户、加工企业、销售商和最终用户四类用户着手来分析系统所需要具备的具体功能,以及用户对系统的非功能性需求;其次,针对系统的需求,采用B/S结构进行系统的建设,满足系统的共享需求,并通过对系统流程的分析,结合系统用例分析结果,对系统的功能结构和系统的数据库表结构的建设进行分析和设计,从而为乳制品质量安全追溯应用功能系统的开发打好基础;最后,采用J2EE技术和RFID技术对乳制品质量安全追溯系统中的原奶质量管理子系统、乳制品加工管理子系统、乳制品销售管理子系统和乳制品查询刮粒子系统的具体实现进行研究。并重点对乳制品查询管理子系统各种的加工信息查询、原奶信息查询功能、销售信息查询功能和质量反馈管理功能的具体实现流程和实现界面进行研究。本文所研究的乳制品质量安全追溯应用系统,采用UML技术来进行系统的需求分析和系统结构、功能流程和数据库的设计,采用J2EE技术进行系统的具体功能实现,采用RFID技术来提高信息采集的效率。乳制品质量安全追溯系统的建设,实现了乳制品质量安全信息的追溯和查询,可以提高消费者对乳制品质量安全的信心,有利于国内乳制品行业的进一步发展。
[Abstract]:After the melamine incident in 2008, people began to pay more and more attention to food safety, especially the safety of dairy products. The construction of the system can enable dairy products production, processing related enterprises, end users and regulatory units to simply inquire about the dairy products production and processing flow process, which is not only conducive to supervising and urging dairy products production, Processing enterprises improve the quality of dairy products, but also help to restore consumers' confidence in domestic dairy products. In the research process, first of all, through the current domestic dairy products quality and safety traceability application system construction status analysis. To determine the construction goal of dairy product quality and safety traceability system, and to analyze the specific functions and non-functional requirements of the system from four categories of users: farmers, processing enterprises, marketers and end-users; Secondly, according to the demand of the system, the B / S structure is used to build the system to meet the sharing demand of the system, and through the analysis of the system flow, combined with the results of the system use case analysis, The function structure of the system and the construction of the database table structure of the system are analyzed and designed so as to lay a good foundation for the development of the functional system for tracing the quality and safety of dairy products. Using J2EE technology and RFID technology, the raw milk quality management subsystem, the dairy processing management subsystem, the dairy product processing management subsystem in the dairy product quality and safety traceability system are introduced. The realization of dairy marketing management subsystem and dairy product query and scraping system is studied, and the processing information query and original milk information query function of dairy product query management subsystem are emphasized. The specific realization flow and realization interface of sales information query function and quality feedback management function are studied. The dairy product quality and safety traceability application system studied in this paper adopts UML technology to carry on the demand analysis and system structure of the system. The design of function flow and database, the use of J2EE technology to achieve the specific functions of the system, the use of RFID technology to improve the efficiency of information collection, dairy product quality and safety traceability system construction, The tracing and querying of dairy product quality and safety information can improve consumers' confidence in dairy product quality and safety and benefit the further development of domestic dairy industry.
