航天项目档案管理系统开发可行性分析

【摘要】：航天固定资产投资项目档案是一个涉及范围较广、系统性较强的信息资源,为整个航天系统的技术建设、维修及改造等提供依据。因此确保项目档案价值能够完整、准确、系统地体现,是项目档案管理的关键。近年来,航天项目档案管理规范不断完善,已经形成了一整套成熟的管理方法,广受业内好评。但是在大数据时代,航天项目档案管理却仍然以传统的纸质档案为主要管理手段,这与网络信息时代发展的新趋势和航天其他门类档案的电子化管理程度相比,存在一些差距。改变航天项目档案信息化管理模式是一项迫在眉睫的任务。

In recent years, the standard of space project archives management has been improved, and a set of mature management methods has been formed, which has been widely praised by the industry. But in big data's time, However, the traditional paper file is still the main management method in the space project archives management, which is compared with the new trend of the development of the network information age and the electronic management degree of other aerospace archives. There are some gaps. It is an urgent task to change the information management mode of space project archives.
