3D打印制作3DMAX平台数字模型的过程探究

【摘要】:随着社会的进步,科技生产力的提高,3D打印技术作为当今先进的快速成型技术,打破了传统的工艺成型方法,正一步步的融入到我们的生活中。3D打印技术通过快速成型系统与计算机数据模型的结合,可以直接制造出各种复杂的模型,从而使得产品设计生产的周期和成本都大幅下降。因此,其应用的范围相当广泛[1]。本文主要通过叙述3D打印制作校园文化景观石模型的过程,探究该项技术的实践原理,为该项技术在中职教育领域的实用性,普及性进行深入的研究,希望发现3D打印技术知识与模型数据间的内在联系,提取有价值的有意义的数据,为以后的拓展工作提供科学的依据。本文的主要工作分为以下几个方面:首先介绍了3D打印的原理及确定制作打印的材料,展现了打印校园文化景观石模型的初步计划,为实现自主打印的目标,设计了总体框架过程:(1)前期制作部分:主要表现建模工作,文化景观石模型在3DMAX软件中建模,利用Pro Boolean命令进行刻字,确定尺寸后导出STL文件的过程。(2)生成打印文件:针对初步导出后的STL文件,利用Netfabb进行检查错误,在专业切片软件中预生成3D打印机能够识别G-code代码的过程。(3)打印设置:采用测试数据、整合数据及统计分析的方法进行打印模型数据的探究。(4)打印过程:打印过程是模型制作的关键环节,调试打印机本身并尝试性打印,经历数次失败后,再通过查阅资料及经验反思,最终得到了具体制作文化景观石模型的宝贵数据。(5)后期加工:打印完成后的后期修饰步骤,决定了最终模型完成的美观性,利用了各种外部工具去除多余的部分,进行打磨加工。最后,本文说明了3D打印技术在教育方面的价值,以及该技术在教育改革方向中的优势,同时也总结出了3D打印技术的不足与改进方法。本文努力将探究过程提供给教学工作,作为学习参考条件并希望能有更多在校学生有机会接触该项技术。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society, the technology of 3D printing, as an advanced rapid prototyping technology, has broken the traditional technology. Is being integrated into our lives step by step. 3D printing technology, through the combination of rapid prototyping system and computer data model, can directly produce a variety of complex models. As a result, the cycle and cost of product design and production are greatly reduced. Therefore, the scope of its application is quite extensive [1]. This paper mainly discusses the practical principle of this technology by describing the process of 3D printing to make the model of campus cultural landscape stone. In order to study the practicability and popularization of this technology in the field of secondary vocational education, we hope to find out the internal relationship between 3D printing technology knowledge and model data, and extract valuable and meaningful data. The main work of this paper is divided into the following aspects: firstly, the principle of 3D printing and the materials for making printing are introduced, and the preliminary plan of printing the stone model of campus cultural landscape is presented. In order to realize the goal of independent printing, the whole frame process of "1" is designed. The main parts are as follows: modeling work, modeling of cultural landscape stone model in 3D Max software, lettering with Pro Boolean command, etc. The process of exporting the STL file after determining the size. 2) generating the print file: for the preliminary exported STL file, use Netfabb to check the error, A process in which a 3D printer is pre-generated in a professional slicing software to recognize G-code code. The process of printing model data by integrating data and statistical analysis: the printing process is the key link of model making. After several failures, the printer itself is debugged and tried to print. Finally, the valuable data of making the cultural landscape stone model is obtained by consulting the data and reflecting on the experience.) the post-processing: the post-decoration step after the completion of printing determines the aesthetics of the final model completion. Various external tools are used to remove the excess parts for grinding. Finally, this paper describes the value of 3D printing technology in education, and the advantages of the technology in the direction of education reform. At the same time, it summarizes the shortcomings and improvement methods of 3D printing technology. This paper tries to provide the inquiry process to the teaching work as a learning reference and hopes that more students in school will have the opportunity to contact the technology.
