【摘要】：目前,高等职业院校数字化发展阶段的核心目标便是针对教育、培训、研究探索、管理等工作采取信息化方式进行提升与优化。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》强调:“信息技术有助于改善教育领域整体现状,需要给予重点关注”。教育部《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011-2020)》表示:“高等职业教育信息化作为技术类人才诞生不可缺少的基本前提,在教育信息化过程中应当使其尽可能得到完善。”天津中德职业技术学院,作为国家重点建设的100所高职示范院校之一,结合个人进步原则,满足信息技术进步趋势,通过顶尖的信息技术形成校园信息化体制,推动信息化工作的进程,让学校在信息化道路上处于领先水平,进一步提高教学质量、优化教学环境、扩大品牌优势、提升综合实力,实现市委市政府对学院提出的“国内领先、国际有影响”办学目标的一个重要举措。通过研究国内外同类院校数字化校园建设的情况和已有的相关规范和标准,针对存在的问题和不足,结合国内外已有的相关规范和标准,提出天津中德职业技术学院数字化校园在不同发展阶段的建设规范。围绕天津中德职业技术学院数字化校园建设的研究目标,进一步加强与完善学校网络环境,提升和完善数字化教学材料,使信息平台得到统一和协调。让网络基础、教学材料、信息平台、操作系统等各项基本工作得到落实,而最关键的是构造信息中心,将学校内部各项信息进行汇总,形成整体协调的验证机制,满足实际需求的数据平台,贯彻执行信息容灾以及安全保障工作,增强信息的适用性,合理性与稳定性,避免出现数据“孤岛”,使信息真正实现交流共享。通过本人参与天津中德职业技术学院数字化校园建设项目实施建设,从信息门户系统、统一身份认证和数据中心以及网络安全等方面具体介绍了实施过程。结合当前我国高校数字化校园建设的成就和经验,总结出数字化校园各系统集成的一些管理方法,借此在天津中德职业技术学院实现信息化校园获得相应的经验累积。

To promote and perfect the digital teaching materials, to unify and coordinate the information platform, to implement the basic work of network foundation, teaching material, information platform, operating system and so on, and the most important thing is to construct the information center. Gather all the information in the school, form the overall and coordinated verification mechanism, meet the actual needs of the data platform, carry out the information disaster recovery and security work, enhance the applicability, rationality and stability of the information, To avoid the occurrence of data "isolated island", so that the information can be truly exchanged and shared. Through my participation in the construction project of digital campus of Tianjin Sino-German Vocational and Technical College, the information portal system can be implemented. The implementation process of unified identity authentication, data center and network security is introduced in detail. Based on the achievements and experiences of digital campus construction in our country, some management methods for the integration of digital campus systems are summarized.
