通信设计企业项目管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着信息技术发展与变革的浪潮席卷全球,通信行业作为我国的传统产业也将面临巨大的挑战。而通信设计企业应当如何运用信息技术帮助企业信息系统的建设,实现企业项目管理的目的,已成为亟待解决的重要问题。本文通过找出某些通信设计企业出现的一些问题作出了需求分析,构思出整体设计框架,即设计项目管理电子流程化与内部办公自动信息化相结合,此设计构想基本实现了适用于部分通信设计企业的项目管理系统。在全文的构成方面,首先介绍了本课题的背景以及对国内外一些研究现状的分析,并说明本课题要研究的内容和具体工作。接着对系统所采用的一些相关技术(ASP.NET与.NET架构、C/S和B/S结构)做出具体的分析介绍。然后针对通信设计企业的实际情况进行需求分析,并确立系统的建设目标,叙述系统的实施重点,找出目前生产流程中的哪些不足,在系统设计原则的基础上做出整体框架设计。在系统设计的部分,主要描述了本系统的总体框架结构,并介绍了市场管理、合同管理、设计项目管理、资源管理、核算管理五大子系统的功能模块设计,以及所要实现的基本功能和工作流程。而系统的实现部分,则介绍了系统完成后的部分界面操作及关键代码并对系统的运行效能进行测试。最后,总结了全文以及对未来工作的展望。通过该系统的设计与实现,通信设计企业各部所依照各自的专业流程进行生产设计,企业决策人可以通过系统随时登录查看项目进度,不仅加强对企业设计项目的精细化管理,还使得企业的日常管理更加规范,在提升企业生产运行效率的同时,还加强对企业的可控性,树立了企业的品牌形象。
[Abstract]:With the development and transformation of information technology sweeping the world, the communication industry as the traditional industry of our country will also face a huge challenge, and how to use information technology to help the construction of information systems in communication design enterprises. Realizing the purpose of enterprise project management has become an important problem to be solved urgently. In this paper, some problems in some communication design enterprises are analyzed, and the overall design framework is proposed. That is, the electronic flow of design project management is combined with the internal office automation information. This design concept basically realizes the project management system suitable for some communication design enterprises. First of all, it introduces the background of this topic and the analysis of some domestic and foreign research status. It also explains the content and the concrete work of this subject. Then it makes a concrete analysis and introduction to some related technologies used in the system, such as ASP. Net and. Net architecture, C / S and B / S structure. Then, it analyzes the requirements of the communication design enterprises in the light of the actual situation. It also establishes the construction goal of the system, describes the key points of the implementation of the system, finds out the deficiencies in the current production process, and makes the overall framework design on the basis of the system design principles. In the part of the system design, This paper mainly describes the overall frame structure of the system, and introduces the design of the function modules of five subsystems: market management, contract management, design project management, resource management and accounting management. As well as the basic functions and workflow to be realized. In the implementation part of the system, some interface operations and key codes are introduced after the completion of the system, and the performance of the system is tested. Through the design and realization of the system, each department of the communication design enterprise carries on the production design according to their respective professional process, the enterprise decision maker can log in to view the project progress at any time through the system. Not only to strengthen the fine management of enterprise design projects, but also to make the daily management of enterprises more standardized, to improve the efficiency of production and operation of enterprises, but also to strengthen the controllability of enterprises, to establish the brand image of enterprises.
