基于科学工作流的产品开发仿真计算资源集成技术研究

【摘要】:在复杂产品的设计开发过程中,协同仿真技术起着越来越重要的作用,而随着仿真过程复杂度的提升以及仿真计算资源的增多,产品协同仿真过程中计算资源的耦合计算与配置成为了制约协同仿真效率和质量的关键问题。科学工作流技术是解决这一关键问题的一个重要支持手段,它能够简化产品开发人员在协同仿真过程中对大规模科学数据所需要进行的采集、处理、计算、分析等复杂操作过程,实现产品设计流程的定制、部署与执行,并有效提高科学计算问题的求解效率。本文基于科学工作流对产品开发过程中的协同仿真耦合计算过程的关键支撑技术进行了研究。首先,提出了一种基于Petri网的产品协同仿真耦合计算过程的工作流模型建立方法。该方法利用Petri网建模技术的流程模型分析和图形化表达能力,将Petri网作为产品协同仿真耦合计算过程建模的有效工具,能够有效建立协同仿真耦合计算过程的工作流模型。其次,提出了工作流模型中计算资源的集成与配置方法。该方法基于开源的科学工作流管理平台VisTrails,为协同仿真耦合计算过程在VisTrails平台上的实施、运行、管理提供了有效支持。同时,为了增强科学工作流管理平台对设计资源集成的灵活性,提出SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture,面向服务的架构)与VisTrails平台相集成的方法,将SOA的松散耦合特性集成到了工作流管理平台中,实现了科学工作流管理平台在分布式环境下对设计资源的灵活管理和配置,大幅加快了产品设计过程中的仿真耦合计算过程。再次,在上述方法的基础之上,本文设计开发了一个基于科学工作流平台VisTrails的多维仿真耦合计算管理系统,实现了产品仿真耦合计算过程的工作流管理和相关计算资源的集成与管理。最后,对本文提出的资源集成方法以及设计开发的多维仿真耦合计算管理系统进行了实例验证。通过航空发动机设计过程中的一个耦合计算任务实例,对提出的基于Petri网建立工作流模型的方法、SOA与工作流集成方法以及多维仿真耦合计算管理系统的可行性和效果进行实例验证,表明本文所提出的方法和所开发的多维仿真耦合计算管理系统能够对产品的协同仿真耦合计算资源进行有效集成并有效支持仿真耦合计算过程。
[Abstract]:In the process of design and development of complex products, collaborative simulation technology plays an increasingly important role, but with the increasing complexity of simulation process and the increase of simulation computing resources, In the process of product collaborative simulation, the coupling computing and configuration of computing resources has become a key problem that restricts the efficiency and quality of collaborative simulation, and scientific workflow technology is an important support means to solve this key problem. It can simplify the process of collecting, processing, calculating and analyzing the large-scale scientific data needed by product developers in the process of collaborative simulation, and realize the customization, deployment and execution of product design process. And effectively improve the efficiency of solving scientific computing problems. Based on scientific workflow, the key supporting technology of collaborative simulation coupled computing process in product development process is studied in this paper. In this paper, a workflow modeling method for product collaborative simulation coupling computing process based on Petri net is proposed, which utilizes the process model analysis and graphical expression ability of Petri net modeling technology. Petri net is used as an effective tool for modeling product collaborative simulation coupled computing process. Secondly, the workflow model of collaborative simulation coupled computing process can be established effectively. The method of integration and configuration of computing resources in workflow model is proposed, which is based on VisTrails, an open source scientific workflow management platform, which provides an effective support for the implementation, operation and management of collaborative simulation coupled computing process on VisTrails platform. In order to enhance the flexibility of scientific workflow management platform for design resource integration, a method of integrating SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture (Service-Oriented Architecture) with VisTrails platform is proposed. The loosely coupled features of SOA are integrated into the workflow management platform. It realizes the flexible management and configuration of design resources in the distributed environment of scientific workflow management platform, and speeds up the process of simulation coupling calculation in the process of product design. Thirdly, on the basis of the above methods, This paper designs and develops a multi-dimensional simulation coupled computing management system based on scientific workflow platform VisTrails, which realizes workflow management and integration and management of related computing resources. The method of resource integration proposed in this paper and the design and development of a multi-dimensional simulation coupled computing management system are verified by an example of a coupled computing task in the process of aero-engine design. An example is given to verify the feasibility and effect of the Petri net based workflow modeling method and the method of integration of Petri and workflow, as well as the feasibility and effect of the multi-dimensional simulation coupled computing management system. It is shown that the proposed method and the multi-dimensional simulation coupling computing management system developed in this paper can effectively integrate the product collaborative simulation coupling computing resources and effectively support the simulation coupling computing process.
