【摘要】：本文论述安迪公司生产制造作业管理软件的需求分析、设计与实现。该软件的目的是面向公司精细化管理战略,为长期的精益化生产管理发展打下基础,具体目标包括提升生产计划的精细化程度、实现对生产物流的集成化的管理以及动态和量化的生产资源能力管理。论文基于软件工程的理论和方法,首先建立了安迪公司生产制造作业管理软件的功能需求。围绕该企业在目前的生产管理的精细化需要,论文具体分析和确定了主要目标。然后从生产计划、生产物流和资源能力三方面具体分析了所需实现的主要功能内容,着重对其中的重要功能阐述了数据处理方式,并给出模块的用例模型。在软件设计方面,从分析讨论该软件的总体架构出发,确定了基本的内部模块组成框架,然后运用面向对象方法进行模块设计,论述了主要模块的内部组成、对象划分和主要的计算处理的算法流程,并阐述数据库的关系数据模型和部分表的内部详细设计。在程序实现方面,对编程模型及其主要程序的运行实例、测试方法和主要实例等进行了阐述。该软件基于多层架构进行模块配置,采用C#编程模型和SQL Server数据库作为编程开发的工具。通过应用实践,安迪公司的生产制造作业管理软件在预期的功能方面初步取得了较为积极的效果,现阶段所取得的主要成效表明该软件初步达到了预期的开发目标。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the requirement analysis, design and implementation of the manufacturing job management software for Andy Company. The purpose of the software is to lay a foundation for the development of the long-term lean production management, which is oriented to the fine management strategy of the company. The specific objectives include improving the degree of refinement of production planning, realizing integrated management of production logistics and dynamic and quantitative management of production resources. The paper is based on the theory and method of software engineering. First of all, the functional requirements of manufacturing job management software for Andy Company are established. According to the detailed needs of the enterprise in the current production management, the main objectives are analyzed and determined in detail in this paper. In this paper, the main functional contents of production logistics and resource capability are analyzed in detail, and the data processing methods are emphasized, and the use case model of the module is given. Starting from the analysis and discussion of the overall framework of the software, the basic internal module composition framework is determined, and then the module design is carried out by using the object-oriented method, and the internal composition of the main module is discussed. The object partition and the main arithmetic flow of calculation and processing, and expatiate the relational data model of database and the detailed design of part of the table. In the aspect of program realization, the program model and its main program running example are given. The testing method and main examples are described. The software is configured based on multi-tier architecture. The C # programming model and SQL Server database are used as programming tools. The production job management software of Andy Company has achieved positive results in the expected function, and the main results obtained at the present stage show that the software has initially reached the expected development goal.
