基于目标导向的试衣APP交互设计研究

【摘要】:当前的网购服装模式在带来便利的同时,也存在着诸多问题,其中难以进行试衣较为突出,因此虚拟试衣软件开始出现在人们的视野中,国内外对试衣软件的研究多集中于服装建模等技术层面,而对用户的使用体验关注较少。目标导向设计方法强调关注用户体验,将用户的期望目标和设计紧密结合,是以用户为中心设计理论的经典设计方法。本文从目标导向理论出发,分析用户不同层面目标之间的关系,识别试衣APP的用户目标,以目标为导向完成试衣APP的整体设计,为后续目标导向理论的应用提供借鉴。本文基于目标导向理论对试衣APP设计进行研究,主要内容包括:(1)提出用户目标关系模型。针对目标导向核心即用户目标进行深入研究,探讨用户目标与动机的对应关系,分析了不同层面用户目标的关系并建立其模型。(2)基于目标导向理论分析现有试衣APP。通过竞品分析和可用性测试的方法分析试衣APP的市场现状,以目标导向为理论指导进行设计分析,获取试衣APP的用户目标及设计要素,并对基于目标导向的试衣APP交互设计流程进行总结。(3)识别试衣APP用户目标。首先,通过问卷调查,发现消费者在网购服饰过程中遇到的问题,并邀请典型用户进行定性的深度访谈,挖掘用户对试衣APP的需求及期望点;然后,依据研究结果对用户群体进行主次划分,进而分析用户群体在体验层、情感层、功能层等不同层面的目标,创建典型用户角色并构造其使用试衣APP的情景剧本,得到典型用户角色的目标需求,总结出试衣APP的设计原则。(4)试衣APP设计实践及可用性验证。根据设计原则及用户目标,进行试衣APP交互设计实践,并通过纸面原型测试的方法对其可用性进行验证,根据任务操作的完成度检查设计的可用性,结合量表评价设计实践的可用性和满意度。测试结果验证了试衣APP设计实践良好的可用性和满意度。本文以魔秀试衣APP为例,对目标导向理论在交互设计中的应用进行了深入研究,提出了用户不同层面目标的关系模型,完成了以用户目标为导向的试衣APP整体设计,充分验证了目标导向理论在交互设计中的重要性,对试衣APP交互设计的发展具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:While the current online fashion mode brings convenience, there are also many problems, among which it is difficult to conduct fitting more prominent, so virtual fitting software began to appear in people's vision. The research on fitting software at home and abroad focuses on the technical aspects such as garment modeling, but less on the user's experience. The goal-oriented design method emphasizes the attention to the user experience and closely combines the user's expected goal with the design. It is a classical design method based on user-centered design theory. This paper analyzes the relationship between user's goals at different levels, identifies the user's goal of fitting APP, and completes the overall design of APP by taking goal as the direction, starting from the goal-oriented theory, and analyzing the relationship between the user's goals at different levels. This paper studies the design of fitting APP based on goal-oriented theory. The main content of this paper is to put forward the model of user goal relationship, which is the core of goal-oriented, that is, user goal. This paper discusses the corresponding relationship between user goals and motivation, analyzes the relationship between user goals at different levels and establishes its model. Based on the goal-oriented theory, it analyzes the existing fitting APPs. Through the methods of competitive analysis and usability testing, it analyzes the market situation of APP. Under the guidance of goal-oriented theory, the user goal and design elements of APP are obtained, and the interactive design flow of APP based on goal-oriented is summarized. Find out the problems that consumers encounter in the process of online clothing purchase, and invite typical users to conduct qualitative in-depth interviews, mining users' needs and expectations for fitting APP. Then, according to the results of the research, the users are divided into primary and secondary groups. Then it analyzes the goals of user groups at different levels, such as experience layer, emotion layer, function layer, etc., creates the typical user role and constructs the scene script of using the fitting APP, and obtains the target demand of the typical user role. The design practice and usability verification of fitting APP are summarized. According to the design principle and user goal, the interactive design practice of fitting APP is carried out, and the usability is verified by the method of paper prototype test. The usability of the design is checked according to the completion degree of the task operation, and the usability and satisfaction of the design practice are evaluated with the scale. The test results verify the good usability and satisfaction of the design practice of the fitting APP. In this paper, the application of goal-oriented theory in interactive design is deeply studied, and the relational model of user's goal at different levels is put forward, and the overall design of customer-oriented APP is completed. It fully verifies the importance of goal-oriented theory in interactive design, and has a certain guiding significance for the development of APP interactive design.
