【摘要】：计算机网络和信息技术被广泛应用于各行各业,帮助社会各界解决了很多管理上的问题。由于计算机有运行速度较快、储存容量较大、运算精度高等特点,对各种管理工作起到了积极的促进作用,因而将信息技术引入到高等学校的资产管理领域已成为必然发展趋势。本文是以新疆农业职业技术学院的资产管理作为背景,结合实际管理需求而设计的信息管理系统,系统涵盖了大部分的资产管理工作流程和内容,可以动态反应当前的库存情况,并可对资产的入库、出库、调拨、报废等工作实行信息化的管理,实现资产的有效配置,避免资产的浪费。该系统的运用可以帮助后勤库存管理人员更高效的管理学校资产,提升资产的使用效益,避免资产重复购买和丢失等问题。本系统采用B/S设计结构进行实现。在技术上,采用的是基于J2EE的技术架构、以面向对象的Java语言作为前台开发工具,并以Oracle数据库作为后台数据管理系统。在功能上,经过功能需求分析并遵循软件工程设计的思路和逻辑,结合学校的实际管理情况,将系统的主要管理内容划分为资产申请(申请、审核)、资产管理、日常管理、资产变动、资产盘点、系统管理六个模块,各模块内部相互独立,流程上相互联系,每个模块下又分为几个子模块。总体来说,一个具备完善功能的资产管理信息系统的使用还是相当有益处的,即可以满足学院一体化、流程化、规范化的管理需要,也可以实现对资产的动态监控和管理,避免资产的流失和浪费,优化资源配置。提高相关部门之间信息的共享程度,增强对资产的监督管理和透明度,减少资产流失,优化资源配置,为教学、科研和学校的正常运转奠定良好的基础,提供更好的服务。
[Abstract]:Computer network and information technology are widely used in all kinds of industries, helping all walks of life to solve many management problems. Because of the characteristics of the computer, such as fast running speed, large storage capacity, high operation precision and so on, It has played a positive role in promoting all kinds of management work, so it has become an inevitable development trend to introduce information technology into the field of asset management in colleges and universities. This paper takes the asset management of Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College as the background. The information management system, which is designed according to the actual management requirements, covers most of the work flow and content of asset management, can dynamically reflect the current inventory situation, and can be used to store, exit and allocate assets. The use of the system can help logistics inventory managers to manage school assets more efficiently and to improve the efficiency of the use of assets, such as the implementation of information management, the effective allocation of assets, and the avoidance of waste of assets, and the use of the system can help logistics inventory managers to manage school assets more efficiently. To avoid the problems of repeated purchase and loss of assets, this system is implemented with the design structure of B / S. In technology, it adopts J2EE based technical framework, and takes the object-oriented Java language as the foreground development tool. In function, through the function requirement analysis and following the thought and logic of the software engineering design, combined with the actual management situation of the school, The main management contents of the system are divided into six modules: application, audit, asset management, daily management, asset change, asset count, system management. Each module is divided into several sub-modules. In general, the use of an asset management information system with perfect functions is quite beneficial, that is, it can meet the needs of the integration, flow and standardization of the management of the college. It can also realize the dynamic monitoring and management of assets, avoid the loss and waste of assets, optimize the allocation of resources, improve the sharing of information among relevant departments, enhance the supervision and transparency of assets, and reduce the loss of assets. Optimize the allocation of resources, for teaching, scientific research and normal operation of schools to lay a good foundation, to provide better services.
