地税网络发票系统设计与实现

【摘要】:地税网络发票系统是一种拥有系统管理、地税数字化票据管理、客户管理、地税数字化票据信息监控管理等众多功能的地税控制管理平台。在税收现代化管理的过程中,采用数字化地税发票可提高用户发票认领、发票使用的便捷性,同时也可以加强地税机关对地税发票的有效管理。论文按照软件工程过程管理方法,从需求分析开始,描述了企业数字签名(印章)签发资格认定、地税数字化票据领购、地税数字化票据开具等总体业务逻辑,在需求分析基础上,开展系统总体设计和实现;最后以企业数字签名(印章)签发资格认定、地税数字化票据领购、地税数字化票据开具这三个重要功能为例对系统性能进行了全面测试。论文首先阐述了网络发票系统开发的项目背景,对国内外有关电子税票、网络发票和系统开发相关的研究进行分析,为系统的开发提供理论依据,其次,对本系统开发所使用的相关技术进行了描述,为系统的开发提供技术支持。论文提出了面向互联网特征的需求分析,通过网络发票系统需求分析确定,系统功能包括:购票资格申请、开票资格申请、发票核定申请、系统管理、发票真伪查询、在线发票工具、资格审批、信息发布和查询统计。遵照软件工程开发设计原则,对网络发票系统进行设计,包括:系统结构设计、软件架构设计、IPO图设计,为了保证系统的安全性,进行了数字签名对MD5算法的抗攻击改进,分别对消息预处理和步函数进行改进,完成系统各个功能模块的设计和数据库的设计。地税网络发票系统由外网系统、内网系统和内外网数据交换系统三部分组成,外网系统直接面向终端用户,依托外部门户网站,以WEB方式基于J2EE的地税网络发票系统给企业提供了一个网上办税的电子化平台。进行系统的实现与测试和算法改进前后的效果比较,验证本系统的可行性和先进性。内网系统面向地税系统内部工作人员,通过桌面平台与终端用户交流,为保证系统安全,内、外网通过防火墙和网闸进行隔离,终端用户通过受理服务器登录系统进行业务操作,数据保存在防火墙内的数据库中,通过网闸与内网的征管系统数据库进行数据交换。测试结果表明,系统满足了功能和性能要求。
[Abstract]:The local tax network invoice system is a kind of land tax control management platform with many functions, such as system management, local tax digital bill management, customer management, local tax digital bill information monitoring and management and so on. The adoption of digital local tax invoices can improve the convenience of the user's invoices and the use of invoices. At the same time, it can also strengthen the effective management of local tax invoices by local tax authorities. In accordance with the method of software engineering process management, the paper begins with demand analysis. This paper describes the overall business logic of enterprise digital signature (seal) issuing qualification, local tax digital bill purchase, local tax digital bill issuance and so on. On the basis of demand analysis, the system overall design and implementation are carried out. Finally, the enterprise's digital signature (seal) is used to issue the qualification, and the local tax digital bill is purchased, The three important functions of issuing local tax digital bill are taken as an example to test the system performance. Firstly, the paper expounds the project background of the development of network invoice system, and introduces the electronic tax bill at home and abroad. The related research of network invoice and system development is analyzed to provide the theoretical basis for the development of the system. Secondly, the related technologies used in the development of this system are described. To provide technical support for the development of the system. This paper proposes a demand analysis based on Internet features, which is determined by the requirement analysis of the network invoice system. The functions of the system include: ticket purchase qualification application, ticketing qualification application, invoice approval application, etc. System management, invoice authenticity query, online invoice tools, qualification examination and approval, information release and query statistics. In accordance with the principles of software engineering development and design, the design of network invoice system, including: system structure design, In order to ensure the security of the system, the digital signature is improved against the attack of MD5 algorithm, and the message preprocessing and step function are improved, respectively, in order to ensure the security of the system. The local tax network invoice system consists of three parts: the extranet system, the intranet system and the intranet data exchange system. The extranet system is directly oriented to the end users and relies on the external portal. The land tax network invoice system based on WEB based on J2EE provides an electronic platform for enterprises to do tax on the net. The system is implemented, tested and compared with the effect before and after the algorithm improvement. To verify the feasibility and advanced nature of the system. The intranet system is designed for the internal staff of the local tax system and communicates with the end users through the desktop platform. In order to ensure the security of the system, the inner and outer networks are isolated through firewalls and gates. The end user uses the receiving server to log on to the system for business operation, the data is stored in the database inside the firewall, and the data is exchanged with the database of the collection and management system of the inner network through the network gate. The test results show that, The system meets the requirements of function and performance.
