我国中小学翻转课堂管理问题及对策研究

【摘要】:翻转课堂(the Flipped Classroom)是将课堂讲授的内容录制成教学视频,由学生课外观看,回到课堂中完成作业的教学方式。随着我国大力提倡推进信息技术与教学的融合,越来越多的学校开始翻转课堂实践。本文选取翻转课堂的课堂管理为切入点,研究目前我国中小学校翻转课堂管理中出现的问题、分析问题产生的原因,并提出相应的解决对策。本文主要包括五个部分:第一部分是绪论,论述了研究的缘起、研究目的及意义、研究思路与方法、相关概念界定及国内外翻转课堂的研究现状。其中,丰富了翻转课堂的课堂内涵,依据其实施流程,将课堂界定为不仅包括传统教学中师生面对面的课堂,还包括学生课外自主学习的课堂。翻转课堂管理就是对这两个阶段的管理。第二部分阐述翻转课堂管理的理论基础,主要包括掌握学习理论、建构主义学习理论、合作学习理论和“人际关系—行为科学”理论。第三部分深入分析国内外中小学翻转课堂代表性的管理方式方法。第四部分主要借助访谈、课堂观察等分析我国中小学翻转课堂管理问题。目前已经发现了课外自主学习、课内合作学习、课内时间资源及学生个性化需求满足的问题。并从学校、教师、学生、家长四方面深入分析问题产生的原因。最后在相关理论及国内外翻转课堂管理代表性做法的指导下,提出解决翻转课堂管理问题的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Flipping the Flipped classroom room is a way to record the contents of the classroom teaching into a teaching video, to be watched by the students after class, and to return to the teaching method of completing the homework in the classroom. With the vigorous promotion of the integration of information technology and teaching in our country, More and more schools begin to turn over classroom practice. This paper selects the classroom management of flipping classroom as the starting point to study the problems in the flipping classroom management of primary and secondary schools in our country, and analyzes the causes of the problems. This paper mainly includes five parts: the first part is the introduction, which discusses the origin, purpose and significance of the research, research ideas and methods. The definition of relevant concepts and the current research situation of flipping classroom at home and abroad. Among them, it enriches the classroom connotation of flipping classroom. According to its implementation process, the classroom is defined as not only the face-to-face classroom of teachers and students in traditional teaching, but also the face-to-face classroom of teachers and students. The second part expounds the theoretical basis of the management of the flipping classroom, which mainly includes mastering the learning theory and constructivism learning theory. Theory of Cooperative Learning and Theory of interpersonal relationship and Behavioral Science. The third part deeply analyzes the representative management methods of flipping classroom in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad. Part 4th mainly relies on interviews. At present, we have found the problems of extracurricular autonomous learning, in-class cooperative learning, in-class time resources and the individualized needs of students. And from the school, teachers, students, Finally, under the guidance of relevant theories and representative practices of overturned classroom management at home and abroad, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of flipping classroom management.
