【摘要】:随着互联网技术的不断发展,各行各业的信息化水平也逐渐受到重视,信息化手段已经成为了传统各行业提高工作效率和管理水平的有效方法。银行作为国民经济的支柱性行业,很早开始就采用软件系统来完成基本的日常工作和客户服务。目前国内外已经有很多较为成熟的银行信息化产品,然而不同性质的银行,其工作流程和业务范围也不尽相同。客户账户信息对于银行来说是生存之本,至关重要的。银行客户管理的核心内容就是要管理储户的账户基本信息和账户记录情况。采用成熟的软件技术,升级目前银行客户管理业务系统,构造银行客户信息的统一视图,为不同层次分支机构的运营,提供实时的、一致的客户信息访问服务,是银行提高服务和管理水平必不可少的一环。本课题以实际项目为背景,研究天津某商业银行的客户信息管理工作信息化。首先通过查阅资料,了解到开发银行客户管理系统常用的一些信息技术,如数据库技术、网络技术以及Web程序开发技术等,并采用面向对象技术完成用户需求的分析。系统在开发之初,确立了采用标准瀑布开发流程,依据Web编程规范,从需求分析、系统概要设计和详细设计到编码实现、系统测试及试运行等环节,对系统功能和性能进行严格的质量控制,力求本银行管理系统能够符合银行的实际需要。在技术路线的选择上,采用主流的.NET软件开发技术路线,系统的主要功能模块包括储户信息管理,银行业务管理和系统管理等。银行客户管理系统的建设,能够满足银行基本业务需求,帮助银行职员完成客户信息管理业务,达到提高工作效率,使银行工作规范化、流水化,提高服务质量的目的。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of Internet technology, the informatization level of various industries has been gradually attached importance. Information technology has become an effective way to improve the efficiency and management level of traditional industries. Banks are the pillar industries of the national economy. Software system has been used to complete basic daily work and customer service. At present, there are many mature bank information products at home and abroad, however, banks of different nature, Their workflows and business scope are also different. Customer account information is essential to the survival of banks. Essential. The core of bank customer management is to manage the basic account information and account records of depositors. Using sophisticated software technology, upgrade the current banking customer management business system, Constructing a unified view of bank customer information, providing real-time and consistent customer information access service for the operation of branches at different levels, is an indispensable link for banks to improve their service and management level. This paper studies the informationization of customer information management in a commercial bank in Tianjin. Firstly, through consulting information, we find out some information technologies commonly used in the customer management system of development bank, such as database technology, network technology and Web program development technology, etc. At the beginning of the development, the system established the standard waterfall development process, according to the Web programming specification, from requirement analysis, system outline design and detailed design to coding implementation. In order to meet the practical needs of the bank, the system test and trial operation are carried out to strictly control the function and performance of the system. In the selection of the technical route, the mainstream .NET software development technology route is adopted. The main function modules of the system include depositor information management, bank business management and system management, etc. The construction of bank customer management system can meet the basic business needs of banks and help bank staff to complete customer information management business. To achieve the purpose of improving working efficiency, standardization of bank work, income, and improving service quality.
