面向智慧医疗的区域卫生信息系统的研究和实现

【摘要】：当前,我国医药卫生体制已进入深水区。作为医改重要内容的卫生信息化,经过前几年快速建设,已经进入全面建成互联互通、务实应用的信息化服务体系的新阶段。我国在智慧化医疗建设方面达到了一定的规模,"互联网+医疗"理念也正在受到越来越多的关注,但与欧美国家相比,总体显得相对滞后。因此加大卫生信息会化建设力度,深度挖掘医疗健康+互联网的应用,已经成为当务之急。本论文以医疗卫生行业面向"智慧医疗"的区域卫生信息系统建设作为研究对象进行探讨,以寻求一种通用的解决方案,为行业信息化发展提供参考。论文研究了国内外智慧医疗技术的现状,同时对论文研究涉及的相关技术原理进行了探讨,包括智慧医疗相关的SOA、ESB、EMPI、HL7等技术。而本人将面临的任务与挑战是将一个区域内众多医疗卫生机构在不同时期建设和使用的、又是若干个软件公司开发的临床医学管理系统、公共卫生信息系统、医学科教信息系统、医疗服务信息系统、合作医疗信息系统、社区卫生服务系统等相联结,建立一套统一的卫生资源中心、数据采集和交换系统,从而真正实现区域的智慧医疗信息平台,打造满足未来医疗卫生事业发展所需要的智慧医疗体系。这些工作主要是为了根据论文的研究目标寻求解决方案,为智慧医疗模型的设计做技术准备。本论文的主要工作内容如下:首先,分析国内外医疗卫生行业的信息化现状,提出系统需求:其次,对电子健康档案、居民主索引、信息交换等进行模型分析、设计和建模。最后,对包括平台基础服务、信息采集与交换系统、数据存储服务系统、平台管理系统等智慧医疗信息平台的各项功能进行分析、设计和实现。最后进行应用测试验证。最终实现智慧医疗模型在医疗卫生行业的具体应用。
[Abstract]:At present, the medical and health system of our country has entered the deep water area. As an important part of the medical reform, the health information system has entered into a comprehensive interconnection after a few years of rapid construction. The new stage of practical application of information service system. China has reached a certain scale in the construction of intelligent medical treatment, and the concept of "Internet medical care" is receiving more and more attention, but compared with the European and American countries, As a whole, it is relatively lagging behind. Therefore, we should intensify the construction of health information and dig deep into the application of the medical and health Internet. This paper takes the construction of regional health information system for "smart medical" as the research object, in order to seek a general solution. This paper studies the current situation of intelligent medical technology at home and abroad, and discusses the related technical principles of the paper. The task and challenge I will face is to build and use many medical institutions in a region at different times, and it is also a clinical medical management system developed by several software companies. The public health information system, the medical science and education information system, the medical service information system, the cooperative medical information system and the community health service system are linked together to establish a unified health resource center, data collection and exchange system. In order to realize the intelligent medical information platform in the region and to build the intelligent medical system to meet the needs of the future medical and health care development, these works are mainly to seek solutions according to the research objectives of the paper. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the paper analyzes the current information situation of the medical and health industry at home and abroad, and puts forward the system requirements: secondly, the electronic health file, the main index of residents, Finally, the functions of intelligent medical information platform, such as platform basic service, information collection and exchange system, data storage service system, platform management system and so on, are analyzed. Design and implementation. Finally, test and verify the application. Finally, realize the application of intelligent medical model in the medical and health industry.
