集成彩色像景混色算法的纹织CAD系统设计

【摘要】:随着计算机科技的进步,人工智能领域的发展,应用于纺织业的纹织CAD技术也朝着自动化、智能化的方向发展。在此背景下,本文设计了一套完整的纹织CAD系统,系统集成了彩色像景混色算法,同时为纹织图像编辑引入了矢量辅助和多图层技术。本文提出了一套全新的应用于彩色像景设计的彩色像景混色算法,研究了混色理论在彩色像景设计中的应用,用若干种纱线颜色作为基色混合出数十万种不同颜色,解决了彩色像景CAD分色技术中只能使用全纬线显色结构和纱线挤压的问题,实现了彩色像景设计流程的完全自动化。与彩色像景CAD分色技术相比,颜色数量多25%,占用内存由4GB减小至1GB,计算速度提高30倍左右;并且不依赖于GPU,仅仅使用PC级CPU便可在10秒以内完成一幅千量级像素位图的计算。本文还在彩色像景混色算法中提出了一种纱线颜色自动选择的方法,通过分析纹织图像在HSV颜色空间的色调信息,解决了纱线颜色选择问题,实现了纱线颜色自动选择的功能。同时,本文提出了适用于纹织图像的轮廓矢量化算法,通过矢量轮廓来划分纹织图像的区域,解决了纹织图像区域分割和描述的问题,使得纹织图像中不同的区域能够运用不同的组织结构,形成纹理不同的织物效果;本文还研究了多图层技术在编辑中的应用,使得纹织图像处理能够多次运用,减少设计师的工作的重复率。本文在Windows环境下实现了以上功能,程序代码由C++完成,并引入了应用程序开发框架Qt和图形设备接口 GDI+,利用其中的2D图形库辅助开发。
[Abstract]:With the progress of computer technology and the development of artificial intelligence field, the jacquard CAD technology applied in textile industry is also developing towards automation and intelligentization. Under this background, a complete jacquard CAD system is designed in this paper. The system integrates color image mixing algorithm, and introduces vector assistant and multi-layer technology for jacquard image editing. In this paper, a new color image blending algorithm for color image design is proposed. The application of color mixing theory in color scene design is studied. Several yarn colors are used as primary colors to mix out 100,000 different colors. The problem that color structure of full weft line and yarn extrusion can only be used in color image CAD separation technology is solved. Compared with the color image CAD color separation technology, the number of colors is more than 25, the occupied memory is reduced from 4 GB to 1 GB, and the calculation speed is increased about 30 times. The calculation of a thousand magnitude pixel bitmap can be completed within 10 seconds by using PC CPU, which is independent of GPU. In this paper, a method of automatic yarn color selection in color image blending algorithm is proposed. By analyzing the hue information of jacquard image in HSV color space, the problem of yarn color selection is solved, and the function of yarn color automatic selection is realized. At the same time, an algorithm of contour vectorization suitable for jacquard image is proposed in this paper. By dividing the region of jacquard image by vector contour, the problem of segmentation and description of jacquard image region is solved, which makes different area of jacquard image can use different structure and form different texture effect of fabric. This paper also studies the application of multi-layer technology in editing, so that the jacquard image processing can be used many times, and reduce the repetition rate of designer's work. This paper realizes the above functions under the Windows environment, and the program code is completed by C, The application development framework QT and the graphic device interface GDI are introduced, and the 2D graphics library is used to assist the development.
