移动智能终端停车系统APP用户体验研究与设计

【摘要】:移动智能终端与互联网正在渗透到人们生活的各个方面,改变着人们的生活方式,这将为解决停车难等问题提供新的思路与机会。文章通过六部分来阐述课题,第一章前言主要包括课题的研究背景、现状及本课题的研究意义和创新点;第二章介绍了智能手机系统发展、界面设计相关理论及用户体验流程和方法;第三章对当前市场已有停车解决方案,从用户体验、功能流程等角度进行分析比较,提炼出存在的问题;第四章着重从商业的角度,对停车系统解决方案在商业价值和盈利模式方面以及实现多方共赢和打造生态性产品服务进行了阐述分析;第五章从用户目标、用户使用场景和目标用户出发,结合第四章商业模式和盈利模式,利用目标导向设计方法,完成了用户需求分析,确定了寻找车位、车位预测、周边服务、账户管理、移动支付等主要功能,并最终完成了移动智能终端停车系统的交互与界面设计。第六章主要对本课题解决方案结论阐述及展望。其中第四章、第五章分别从商业和产品设计两个维度解决停车难问题,两者相互补充,最终形成一套综合的停车系统APP解决方案。从用户体验的角度来讲,停车属于用户开车出行的必经环节之一,而停车所占用的时间是用户乘车出行到达目的地必须要付出的代价,所以停车系统APP最好的用户体验方式是将用户停车时间压缩到最小,直到为零,这意味着未来停车环节将不需要用户参与,由汽车自动完成停车环节。
[Abstract]:The mobile intelligent terminal and the Internet is penetrating into every aspect of people's lives, changing people's way of life, which will provide new ideas and opportunities to solve parking problems. Through six parts to this topic, the first chapter mainly includes the research background of the topic, the present situation and the research significance and innovation point; the second chapter introduces the development of intelligent mobile phone system, the related theory and method of user experience and interface design; the third chapter on the current market for parking solutions, from the user experience, made a comparison between the function flow angle, refine the existing problems; the fourth chapter from the perspective of the business of parking system solutions in the commercial value and profit model and achieve win-win situation and create analyzes ecological products and services; user goals from the fifth chapter, user scenarios and orders The subject of the user, with the fourth chapter of the business model and profit model, using object oriented design method, completed the analysis of user needs, determined to find parking spaces, parking spaces, peripheral services, account management, the main function of mobile payment, and finally completed the design of interactive interface and mobile intelligent terminal parking system. In the sixth chapter this topic describes solutions conclusion and outlook. In the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter respectively from the two dimensions of business and product design to solve the parking problem, the two complement each other, and ultimately the formation of a comprehensive set of parking system APP solutions. From the user experience point of view, parking is one of the necessary links users to travel by car, and the parking time is occupied by the user travel destination must pay the price, so the parking system APP the best user experience is the user of parking time It is compressed to the minimum until it is zero, which means that the future parking link will not require the user to participate, and the car will automatically complete the parking link.
