【摘要】：随着科技技术的飞速发展,各式各样的管理工具逐渐诞生,企业的管理引进了越来越多的管理工具。企业无论规模多大或者多小,对自身管理的要求越来越高,虽然管理工具很多,但是适合企业管理的工具却很少,为了更加适合企业的管理,促进企业的发展,迫切需要适合自己的管理系统。虽然公司实施了 SAP ERP系统[1]作为公司的主要业务管理系统,但是随着公司规模的逐渐扩大,业务模式越来越复杂,公司经营的品种越来越多样化,公司的供应商越来越多,与供应商的交互越来越频繁,目前的手工模式不能满足与供应商的交流,需要一套合理的系统来进行与供应商的往来,减少因手工处理带来的失误和隐患。本文就是在这样的业务需求下,通过对企业进行业务调研、了解的基础上,与企业的关键人员进行讨论,结合企业未来业务管理发展的要求和供应商管理系统的功能,而制作的一个完整的系统解决方案。本方案将作为企业业务流程在供应商管理系统中实现的指导,对将来企业供应商协同平台(以下简称:SRM)业务操作流程进行描述。整个系统包括:供应商管理[1]、订单协同管理、商品相关查询、合同管理[3]、系统管理等功能。系统做完后,将会成为衔接公司内部与供应商之间的桥梁;此平台是开放性的平台,系统维护人员,相关业务人员、相关领导、采购部、开发部、商管部等相关部门业务人员,以及签约供应商均可以登录平台进性业务操作;与SAP系统之间进行实时数据交互[4];对进行供应商管控,对将要引进的供应商进行各级审批;供应商可在供应商协同平台查询结算信息、商品销售、商品库存及商品流向等信息;企业用户在供应商协同平台对供应商合同及协议进行各级审批,以实现对合同的合理管理;系统管理员对供应商帐号、权限等方面的管理。公司在供应商协同平台对新客户等方面进行管理审批。

The variety of the company is more and more diversified, the company's suppliers are more and more, the interaction with suppliers is becoming more and more frequent, the current manual mode can not satisfy the communication with suppliers, so we need a set of reasonable system to communicate with suppliers. To reduce the errors and hidden dangers caused by manual processing. This article is to discuss with the key personnel of the enterprise on the basis of the business research and understanding on the basis of this kind of business demand. Combined with the requirements of the future business management development and the functions of the supplier management system, a complete system solution is developed. This solution will be used as the guidance of the implementation of the business process in the supplier management system. This paper describes the business operation process of the future enterprise supplier cooperation platform (hereinafter referred to as ": SRM"). The whole system includes: supplier management [1], order coordination management, commodity related inquiry, contract management [3], system management and so on. This platform is an open platform, system maintenance personnel, related business personnel, relevant leaders, purchasing department, development department, business management department and other related department business personnel, And the signed suppliers can log on to the platform for advanced business operations, real-time data exchange with the SAP system [4], supplier control, and approval of the suppliers to be introduced at all levels; Suppliers can query the information of settlement information, commodity sales, commodity inventory and commodity flow in supplier cooperation platform. Enterprise users can examine and approve supplier contracts and agreements at all levels in supplier cooperation platform to realize the reasonable management of contracts. The system administrator manages the supplier account number, authority and so on. The company manages and approves the new customer in the supplier cooperation platform.
