【摘要】：随着企业业务的日益扩张,企业规模的日益扩大,企业的经营管理变的更加复杂,全部由人来进行管理的方式难以应对目前的局势。随着身边越来越多的系统化、信息化技术的应用,能否可以用计算机系统管理的方式替代人工手动管理,搭建一个合同管理系统,通过信息系统的方式来对公司的合同执行情况进行管理,从而便于合同管理的相关企业员工能够及时、准确的了解合同执行进展,按照实际情况高效的安排相应的工作。本系统从企业经营中的实际需求出发,采用java等被人们普遍认知并掌握的编程技术,系统后台数据库采用易操作并且免费的MySQL数据库。本论文描述了合同管理系统的架构搭建与设计,以及各模块详细的功能设计,并对于数据库的建立过程、系统的实现方式进行了详细的说明。同时,考虑到企业的实际经营模式,采用了分布式的设计思路,依靠B/S模式,简化客户端的维护成本,使系统在多用户使用方面的性能得到了提高。开发过程中,结合java服务器等技术,利用这些技术的特点,采用JSP来实现页面的内容展示,在达到预期的课题目标前提下,通过Servlet来完成大量复杂的处理实现程序的规范化。通过对于主要用户的分类授权,使用户可以依据各自不同的权限,对用户信息进行维护,查看和编辑销售中心相关内容。并对合同相关的事项,如办事处催收事宜进行编辑。从而为企业的合同管理与应收账款相关业务人员提供一个高效,便捷的办公系统,固化企业业务流程,提高工作效率。
