【摘要】：随着港口改革和发展的不断深入,港口信息化水平难以适应庞大的业务规模,港口电子商务仍处于摸索阶段,发展观念、建设投入、运营模式等存在较大的提升空间。本文选取天津港集团为研究对象,旨在探索港口信息化发展路径,搭建以客户为导向的综合电商平台,更好地服务港口转型升级发展。本文综合应用调查研究法、专家打分法、四象限分析、定性和定量分析相结合、微观与宏观分析相结合等研究方法,借助平衡计分卡(BSC)、SWOT分析等工具,按照“现状分析-理论支持-模型设计-建设实施-保障措施”的研究思路展开,提出天津港集团信息化及电子商务发展模式。根据研究的实际需求,本文共分为六章。第一章明确研究对象、选题背景、研究意义等内容,并对论文结构进行总体安排。第二章分析天津港集团及国内典型港口企业信息化及电子商务发展现状,通过横向对比总结发展经验。第三章评价天津港集团各业务板块信息化发展程度,提出与业务战略相匹配的信息化战略定位、发展路径和具体措施;基于集团管控模式,明确“战略管控型信息化规划”的方向,在财务、人事、业务、协同等方面提出规划方案建议。第四章搭建“一主线三要素支持决策,一平台三层面支持业务,一中心三架构支持发展”的电商平台框架,并提出具体的实施步骤。在此基础上,提出天津港集团电商平台项目方案。第五章从资金、人才、体制机制三个方面提出支撑天津港集团信息化及电子商务发展的保障措施,分析该领域发展趋势,提出配合其快速发展的三大战略。第六章简要总结论文核心观点,展望研究前景。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of port reform and development, the level of port information is difficult to adapt to the huge business scale, the port e-commerce is still in the groping stage, development concept, construction investment, This paper selects Tianjin Port Group as the research object, aims to explore the development path of port information, and build a comprehensive e-commerce platform oriented by customers. To better serve the port transformation and upgrading development. This paper synthetically applies investigation and research method, expert scoring method, four quadrant analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, micro and macro analysis and other research methods. With the help of BSC / SWOT analysis and other tools, according to the research ideas of "actuality analysis-theory support-model design-construction implementation-safeguard measures", This paper is divided into six chapters according to the actual needs of the research. The first chapter defines the research object, the background of the topic, the significance of the research and so on. The second chapter analyzes the status quo of information and e-commerce development of Tianjin Port Group and typical domestic port enterprises. The third chapter evaluates the degree of informatization development of Tianjin Port Group, puts forward the information strategy orientation, development path and specific measures matching with the business strategy; based on the management and control model of the group, the third chapter evaluates the development experience of Tianjin Port Group through horizontal comparison. Make clear the direction of "strategic management and control information planning", put forward the plan proposal in the aspects of finance, personnel, business, cooperation and so on. Chapter four build "one main line and three elements to support decision-making, one platform and three levels to support business," On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the project plan of Tianjin Port Group's e-commerce platform. Chapter 5 is from the perspective of capital and talent. Three aspects of system and mechanism are put forward to support the development of information and electronic commerce of Tianjin Port Group, the development trend of this field is analyzed, and three strategies to coordinate its rapid development are put forward. Chapter VI briefly summarizes the core points of the paper. Prospect of research.
