基于信息分类标识的综合管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：本文以加强电子信息保护为目标,设计了基于信息分类标识的综合管理系统,对其重点模块信息分类标识生成系统、文档安全管理系统、电子文档安全审计系统、文档安全检查系统和载体管控系统进行了详细的设计和实现。此外简要概述了相关管理体系建设的初步思路。基于技术实现角度,本文研究了通过数字签名防篡改技术对重要信息分类标识及信息本身进行防篡改验证;通过应用信息分类标识绑定技术,将信息的分类标识与信息本身进行绑定,并且针对不同类型的信息采用不同的绑定方式;通过基于操作系统内核级的过滤驱动技术,对信息的流转,读写,打印,刻录,外联等进行控制,完成了基于信息分类标识的综合管理系统的功能设计、流程设计、关键结构设计以及主要系统的开发。基于重要信息的保护过程,对系统运行情况进行了测试,测试结果表明,系统运行稳定,并具有一定的推广性,根据各单位业务流程进行一定程度的改造后,会取得良好的应用效果,从而保护重要信息的安全。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the protection of electronic information, this paper designs a comprehensive management system based on information classification and identification. The key modules of the system are information classification identification generation system, document security management system, electronic document security audit system. The document security inspection system and carrier control system are designed and implemented in detail. This paper studies the tamper-proof verification of important information classification identification and information itself by digital signature tamper-proof technology, binds information classification identification with information itself by applying information classification identification binding technology. Different binding methods are adopted for different types of information, and the flow, reading, writing, printing, burning, and outreach of information are controlled by filter driver technology based on the kernel level of the operating system. The function design, process design, key structure design and main system development of the integrated management system based on information classification and identification are completed. Based on the protection process of important information, the system operation is tested, and the test results show that, The system runs stably and has certain generalizability. According to the business process of each unit, good application effect will be obtained, and the safety of important information will be protected.
