基于Android的巷道爆破辅助系统设计与实现

【摘要】:巷道爆破是巷道施工中的一道重要工序,其应用范围十分广泛。随着技术的不断进步,巷道爆破方法也在逐步改进。钻爆法是目前巷道爆破中使用较为广泛的一种爆破方法,但是巷道爆破方案设计过程却十分繁琐,给方案设计人员带来了较大的工作压力。虽然如今已存在PC(PersonalComputer)端的爆破系统能够辅助人们进行爆破方案设计,但受限于施工环境,无法实现信息的实时传输。近年来,智能手机取得了迅速的发展,无线网络的通信速度也获得了极大的提升,这为实现移动终端的巷道爆破辅助系统提供了良好的基础。有鉴于此,设计与开发了基于Android的巷道爆破辅助系统,从而发挥移动终端优势,实现巷道爆破现代化、信息化。针对巷道爆破辅助系统,本文主要研究了以下内容:(1)爆破方案的自动设计,节省人工设计时间,提升爆破方案设计效率;(2)爆破方案的可视化,实现炮孔布置图的展示和图像缩放与自由移动;(3)分析爆破方案实施效果,找回爆破施工数据;(4)指令单的在线审核与签名,提高指令单的流转效率;(5)施工作业管理与进度可视化,将爆破流程纳入系统以确保施工作业安全,同时将施工进度记录转化为图表进行直观展示。巷道爆破辅助系统采用C/S架构体系,在服务器端建立了MySQL数据库,客户端则使用SQLite数据库同时辅以SharedPreferences方式对数据进行存储,实现了包括爆破方案设计核心模块和数据找回、指令单管理、施工进度管理等辅助模块在内的较为完整的移动应用系统。本文对系统的功能测试结果和性能测试结果进行分析,验证了系统的实用性,可切实为用户带来便利。
[Abstract]:Roadway blasting is an important procedure in roadway construction, and its application scope is very wide. With the development of technology, roadway blasting method is gradually improved. Drilling blasting method is widely used in roadway blasting at present. However, the design process of roadway blasting scheme is very complicated, which brings great pressure to the project designer. Although the blasting system at the PC / personal computer can assist people to design the blasting scheme, it is limited by the construction environment. It is impossible to transmit information in real time. In recent years, smart phones have made rapid progress, and the communication speed of wireless network has been greatly improved. This provides a good foundation for realizing the roadway blasting auxiliary system of mobile terminal. In view of this, a roadway blasting auxiliary system based on Android is designed and developed, so as to bring the advantage of mobile terminal into full play and realize the modernization of roadway blasting. Aiming at the roadway blasting assistant system, this paper mainly studies the following contents: 1) automatic design of blasting scheme, saving time of manual design, improving design efficiency of blasting scheme and visualization of blasting scheme. To realize the display of hole layout and image zooming and free moving 3) to analyze the effect of blasting scheme, to retrieve the data of blasting construction, to check and sign the instruction sheet online, to improve the efficiency of flow of instruction list and to improve the flow efficiency of instruction list and to visualize the progress of construction operation, the implementation effect of blasting scheme is analyzed, and the online verification and signature of instruction sheet of blasting construction data are retrieved. The blasting process is brought into the system to ensure the safety of the construction work, and the construction progress record is transformed into the chart for visual display. The roadway blasting auxiliary system adopts the C / S architecture system, and establishes the MySQL database on the server side. On the other hand, the client uses SQLite database to store the data with SharedPreferences, which includes the core module of blasting scheme design and data retrieval, and the management of instruction sheet. This paper analyzes the functional test results and performance test results of the system, which verifies the practicability of the system and can bring convenience to users.
