葡萄酒庄信息集成管理平台的研发

【摘要】：从2002年开始,我国葡萄酒行业进入了稳定快速发展的阶段。除了进口各类档次的葡萄酒之外,国内的葡萄酒行业也在迅速地崛起。烟台在2008年获得了中国葡萄酒原产地的区域品牌,这是继昌黎葡萄酒之后,我国第二个葡萄酒原产地区域。东麓葡萄酒区坐落在贺兰山脚下,由黄河冲积平原形成的肥沃土地以充足的光照和合理的日夜温差,使得宁夏贺兰山东麓地区成为了非常适合葡萄种植和葡萄酒酿造的产区。然而,在葡萄酒庄产业发展的同时也存在着一系列问题制约其发展。但是在葡萄种植方面,还存在着品种单一、种植管理不够完善、施肥用药只依靠个人经验、冬季需要压埋防寒处理等问题。同时在葡萄酒酿造方面,缺乏对酿造过程的科学管理,大部分部分酿造环节的具体决断还在依靠经验来进行判断。本系统采用了 Struts+Spring+Hibernate框架进行开发,数据库采用开源的关系型数据库MySQL。根据对酒庄的日常运营需求进行分析,系统包括葡萄酒庄环境信息、葡萄生长信息、葡萄酒发酵管理、库存销售信息、可视化统计分析、系统设置六大模块。葡萄酒庄环境信息及葡萄生长信息主要负责记录葡萄酒庄在日常管理过程中积累的环境气象数据,葡萄酒发酵管理部分主要负责记录葡萄酒在发酵过程中的一些相关生化指标,以便工作人员能够合理管控葡萄酒酿造的品质。库存销售及可视化统计分析主要负责记录和分析成品葡萄酒在市场上的销售情况,帮助企业更好的去调整产品结构、优化产品本身。在对部分的大数据量导入的模块添加了多种数据批量导入的方式,降低使用人员的劳动强度。在统计分析模块,可以对所采集的历年数据进行可视化图表展示并通过时间序列分析算法进行葡萄酒销量情况进行预测。系统管理模块主要负责对酒庄的员工及各类物资设备进行登记管理,并对不同的员工授予不同的权限,保证葡萄酒庄对各个部门能够进行有效的管理。

At the same time, there is a lack of scientific management of the brewing process in wine brewing. Most of the specific decisions of the brewing link are still judged by experience.
